My burger was very good. Nothing missing. The help was very friendly and courteous. The portions were bigger than the big burger places serve for their super "size me" food. The fries were served with no salt but you could ask for a package. The best part for me was the malt. Malts weren't listed but I asked if they made them? I got a thick one. It tasted like real ice cream was used. I actually tasted the malt with the first spoon full. We go through Malad 3 or 4 times a year. Now we know where to get a good fast meal. Went on Oct 14 2023,ordered 2 glamor burgers large tots 1 slushy 1 malt, 15 min. To get drinks that was sitting in back for at least half that time, food was not served after 45 min. Asked if we could get our food tonight or if we should come back tomorrow. Girl went in back and 1 min. Later brought our food out on a tray, it had been sitting on the back counter. Bugers almost cold tots very dark to the point they was dry. Saw on girl lick her fingers than take frys from one basket and put in another because they was running out of frys, I'm a local and that was my last time there. You need to have an adult in there at all times not teenagers who are to busy chatting and laughing, someone needs to be in charge. The only good thing there is the fish sauce.

We were here Oct 14, 23 in the evening.. waited over an hour for our food was close to cold our tater tots were well over done. One of your teen ages licked her fingers and then split some fries between orders (disgusting). There was alot of goofing off. You need some adult supervision. We're from Malad but probably won't be back.

You just can not find a drive-in like this anymore. The food is absolutely wonderful. One of the thing's I like and there are many is. Where can you get English Chips these days ? I don't know of any place who has them on the menu. I drive about 40 minutes just so I can have the best burger and of course English Chips.Thank you Malad drive-in owner and employees. You're the best... ?

We had the pleasure of staying in the area for a few days again. I had a very yummy shake and a cute funny and friendly waitress on Saturday. She greeted everyone who came in and left as if they were all locals. The manger was so good with the girls and the flow from ordering to getting my shake and other people’s food was like watching a well put together assembly line. The manger (I’m guessing where she was the only adult) had such a senergy flowing through her whole team. Our waitress was sweet, asked where we were from, made us laugh. I believe her name was Mary or close to it. We left town last night and decided to have one more shake for the road. We went in and the same manger and waitress were the only two there. They were very short staffed, however they were still polite and made us feel at home even though we knew they were under pressure. This is a very clean, family friendly place, great team environment from the ones we saw and definitely two people who care about what they serve to the customers and their own respect for the establishment. My guess is they are the owners. Never the less, we will be sure to visit each time we pass through and recommend it to others as a must when passing through! Mary will definitely brighten up your day!Parking: Plenty of room if you’d like to eat in your car like a good ol’ fashioned car hop!Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. Staff is great with kids!Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely wheelchair accessible both inside and outside with a covered aera to sit.

Really good food. It's a drive in type restaurant, so you can order from your car and they bring you your food. I would suggest going inside though. We didn't know there was an inside until after we got our food, and it was too hot to sit outside. They have WAY more options on the inside menu.

Love this local burger place! We are from Utah and go up to Lava Hot Springs a couple times each year and always make a stop here on our way home. Really good burgers and shakes and their battered fries are great too!

Service was excellent, but the food was gross.We got chicken strips and chicken nuggets with fries. Both were overcooked and did not taste very good. The chicken was covered in salt, so we had to use a napkin to dust off enough salt to make it edible.We'll have to try the burgers next time. Maybe they're the reason this place has such good reviews.
