First time stopping in Malad enroute to SLC. Ended up having lunch here and it was very pleasant. The staff were very efficient and gracious (at the same time!). My sandwich was expertly prepared and the ingredients were obviously fresh. We will make a point of stopping here on future trips!
Best Subway experience i have EVER had. I got the "Bryson" special. Ask for it, you won't be disappointed. Bryson is a 16 year old, hard working kid, who understands customer service & values his job! What a great example! We all need an employee like Bryson. Well done!
Typically, I quite like this place but on my most recent experience my sandwich artist kept adding barely any veggies to the sandwiches (including other people ahead of me) even after restocking them.Not that big of a deal, but it is a little frustrating/embarrassing for me to need to ask for more after explicitly saying "a lot of _" since one didn't get enough to get to cover the other side of the sandwich, haha.I assume they are just new or something though since...
