I've been here many times under the various management people, this last time was okay. The waitress that was brand new overcharged us for things we didn't ask for. The bacon jalapeí±o poppers were delicious and the steak was good. I love the concept of the restaurant but I was a little irked I was charge an extra $15 but at least it goes to a good cause.

May 2nd, 2018... Early afternoon on a Wednesday was peaceful time by the beautiful Snake River.. Watching a couple of people fish, having luck with Bass:-) I look forward to going back and spending more time there... clean and very well kept up :-)

Very nice restaurant overlooking the river and sandbar. Staff was friendly and there was live music. This restaurant does alot for the community. The food was good and plenty of beer, wine, and other bar drinks on the menu.
My wife and I just finished dinner, I had prime rib, and my wife Jana Badger had ribs. Outstanding meal!!!! For me it was way better then the Texas road house! I love you guys, Thank you for all you do!!!! ���

A four plus. Food is good. Service is a bit slow. Sometimes the staff spends too much time with the regulars and you can sense the newbies becoming irritated because no one has come to greet them and made them feel welcomed. These have been my observations. The location and philosophy of the Sandbar is quite remarkable. The Wilson Sagehens have used the cafe for lunch meeting and liked it very much. Our community at Sunrise Skypark frequents the Sandbar. What a great place for the area. Keep up the good work.

The Sandbar hard opened again and has been remodeled. The place looks good and has a limited lunch menu of some good choices. I ordered the lunch special of finger steaks and hand cut fries. It also came with a beer. Been and long time since I've drank a little fat bottle of Coors. It was a good portion of food and I enjoyed it. The staff seemed fairly inexperienced but they were trying hard (maybe a little too hard) and did a good job. We also got a potato skin appetizer that was extremely good. Would I go here again? Sure, the prices were good and so was the food. Next time for dinner maybe.
