Food was really great. The restaurant was clean. The customer service was the horrible. I ordered The Spicy Cowgirl wrapped in lettuce no fries/tots. Then we wanted a bacon cheeseburger and regular cheeseburger both with fries. They brought the food to us and there was an extra burger with TOT’s. I asked the server why do we have another burger. She stated we ordered it. I replied no we didn’t because this one has tot’s and there is only 3 of eating and I’m on a strike diet. But she insisted we did.
Then proceeded back to their serving area and was talking bad about us. Just to note WE didn’t prefer an extra burger.

13$ for two burgers that looked like a fourth grader just threw stuff together on a bun. When I asked for a refund, they refused to give me one and told me just to try the burger. This was my second time giving them a chance, the first time I went with my daughter and had the worst chicken tenders ever very dry very bottom of the barrel and my daughter even said “dad I don’t want to eat this”. Never going back again.

Today we decided to Get a cheeseburger And the three piece fish with onion rings It was burned and disgusting
The onion rings were black. The fish was charred.
Never again Well, I waste my money
You guys should be embarrassed you know what you serve today and you know you serve the burnt onion rings, the burnt fish, and the Cheeseburger was disgusting
My dog wouldn’t even eat the patty with cheese and bacon
And I still have the nasty taste in my mouth five hours later from the oil

My family and I got to experience this awesome little burger spot today. We all ordered cheeseburgers and 4 medium milkshakes. The service was amazing and the food was even better! Honestly one of the best burgers I’ve had in a while. The cheese was perfect, the buns were toasted and still soft. The waffle fries def added to the meal especially with their fry sauce. I ordered a medium chocolate shake and it also didn’t disappoint! You know the kind of shake where it’s hard to get through the straw?? So. Bomb. And the service? It was also great!! The two smiling folks serving us our food were incredible too! I loved it!! Highly recommend if you’re ever passing through.

Amazing lil place! Stopped in on the way thru town and was THOROUGHLY IMPRESSED! amazing burgers, QUALITY fries and tots and the shakes where fire 🔥 the girls behind the counter where friendly and helpful! Id be happy to drive the hour just to come get food here again. Well done guys!

Really good burgers and nice employees. They have yet to get our order wrong or forget something we've ordered. The teens working there are all pretty friendly, seem to like their jobs a lot. One of the girls there gave my daughter a quarter because her candy dropped on the ground and I didn't have any quarters left. I thought that was such a nice thing to do and made my kids day. My order is the spicy chicken sandwich, fries, and if im feeling wild, a small chocolate shake - I can't recommend this meal enough. The sauce on the sandwich is actually spicy, the fries are properly salted, and the shake is thick but easily drinkable through a straw. There is not much to choose from in marsing being such a small town, but I'm so glad whitehiuse is one of the options.

For the hamburger lover I recommend this place. I ordered the double cheeseburger and fries. The burger was outstanding and the waffle fries were as good as chic fillet.
I definitely was excited. Was looking for a hidden gem. They definitely fell short. Burger was ok. Nothing to get excited about. Fries ok. Onion rings were good. I wouldn't stop again.

I shared a delicious burger and waffle fries with my husband and was so pleased with the quality and flavor. We passed on a shake but sincerely regretting it now - heard the shakes are pretty great. Service was just as expected from a small town drive in - friendly and worth the wait.

Waiting in like for 45 minutes to get my food. Still waiting currently to get my food….. teenagers inside playing around and on their phones. One person was in front of me. That person also had go wait forever. Ended up knocking on the window to get their attention and asking if the food was almost done. They said “we are almost done” and waiting another 15 minutes. This place has slowly became a joke.
