Wanted to get them to cater to a large group and they said they would yet the owner did not respond to the called that were made 5 times. He also never responded to the emails saying that he would send over the contract. When we confronted him he said he has had a lot on his mind. What a waste of my time and resources trying to get their attention. I would not want to hire them since I would not be confident they would even show up.
A great place to go. Easy to customize to your taste buds or dietary preferences. It's always good. I'm not sure you can actually get a bad meal here.Vegetarian options: You can customize anything. Great place f9r vegan and plant based diet as well.

Went there for lunch. Stood at the front counter for 6-7 minutes before I just left. Staff everywhere but no one would even look at me. Sad.

Visiting some new places this week in McCall and KB was on the short list. I love fresh mex (Costa Vida, Qdoba, Cafe Rio) so I was confident I'd like this place. It landed 50/50 for me but good enough for a 4 star. I had the R&B Salad which was fantastic. Good portion, flavorful, and the dressing was solid. It was a bit heavy on vinegar so I only used half and that was perfect. Also, would have loved more steak. Very flavorful. $12 I also got the tortilla soup. I love a good bowl of soup. It wasn't good. Was more like tomato soup with zero spice. A couple chunks of avocado, tortilla strips, no meat. $7. Not worth it and I would pass 100%. Was a bit surprised at the $.80 credit card fee. That's pretty stupid. Absorb the cost. That's part of doing. business. Sorry. Don't pass these frivolous charges on to your customers. That's annoying. Overall I can see bringing back the fam for a quick and easy meal even though this visit was a bit hit and miss.

I had a shrimp burrito. I payed 9.99 for a rice and bean burrito with 5 pieces of shrimp. That's ridiculous .

Delicious freshly prepared food. The shrimp burritos are to die for! My husband loves to create his own steak burrito. They don't skimp on ingredients and they use good quality ingredients. A definite must visit when we're in McCall!

Sooo disappointed... take the extra half mile walk up to Rositas food Truck.... this place was awful. The tacos were bland, the tortillas were totally under cooked and the kid at the counter laughed when i asked how to get the tacos and dip bar after never getting them. I have had their taco truck before and was super Disappointed in this place. The guacamole tasted rancid. It tasted like bad avocados.. the cheese dip was good. The taco Tuesday was a disappointment. Fish tacos, bland. Pork tacos, bland. Chicken tacos, super bland. Super surprised at how bad it was.

We go to KB's in Hailey often and we stop at the one in McCall once or twice a year. The food is always great and their gluten free tortillas are the best. The service at both locations is always just ok. The people aren't really friendly but not necessarily rude. This time the service was bad and the food was ok. The young man running the front was rude. After every item I ordered he asked if that was everything and we have a family of 7 so clearly after the first order that wasn't everything. We found a hair in my daughter's food. I took it up and they said they'd remake it. When the kid brought it out he told us the hair was white and no one in the kitchen had white hair. Like he was trying to blame it on my daughter but she's brunette, but the hair was indeed black. The water cups had old food in them and they stunk and the plates were dirty. Probably won't be going back to that KBs.
