I see There's a 4 sale sign outside, and honestly, I've never thought about wanting to be in the restaurant business. Especially in a resort town that definitely has it struggles with seasons being in mccall, but given the financial ability to, I would seriously consider buying a landmark location that to my personal experience has never served a less than stellar plate of food. I mean it, I have eaten everything on their menu.Almost in some ways, hoping to find something I didn't like, because who does "that good" all the time??? Do you like spaghetti as a general Rule? I can't say that I would order spaghetti on purpose, unless it's lardo's spaghetti. I know a lot of people get stuck on one item because it's good. Why try something else, but seriously give it a shot, try anything on that menu. Report back here If what I say isn't true, they have any an entire menu of excellent food. All this being said, whoever the new owners might be, a word of caution, if it aint broke, don't fix it. And to the current owners, thank you for always. Getting out those great plates of food!!!

We ate the $16.59 ranch hand burger (Canadian bacon, egg and salsa) and $16.69 Vic’s Chic (chicken tender sandwich with jalapeños). Both were great and the fries were unexpectedly good? Every place we’ve eaten on this trip the fries are done different. Here they were like thick flat potato chips, so good! And the Buffalo fries were great too. Our waitress was quick, friendly and funny. We loved the music and vibe!

It was fairly empty when we went, It took forever to order food and then even longer to get our food. Fairly odd that some waitresses wore short skirts and then hoodies.. definitely skipping this restaurant next time we’re in town.

Lardos has been one of the best places for clam chowder. Been going there for years just for chowder. Went there tonight and it was by far the worst chowder that I have ever eaten. Don't waste your $8.49 for a cup of chowder with bread and get served one tiny slice of rye bread...

The manager here is amazing. He works Incredibly hard and you can tell his staff loves him. Between me and my hubby we had 4 drinks only cost us 20 bucks.
