The food was so good. Visiting here for the first time was like stepping back in time to the old west. It’s kind of funny because this place has been around since 1973. So not exactly old west times but the saloon vibe was on point. The bacon burger and fries were phenomenal as was the atmosphere and drinks. When you walk in you’re greeted by a cast iron fireplace heater. Loved the vibe and both my wife and I enjoyed the huckleberry ice cream. Top shelf for sure. She said the clam chowder was as delicious and spicy.

W made reservations on line for the evening of a Jan 1 for 8 people. On 30 December I received a text asking if we were going to be there. I answered affirmative. When we showed up 10 minutes early for our meal, the manager told us that she had no record of our reservation. I showed her the reservation and she said that they had new owners and were not honoring any reservations and that we would now have to get in line on her list like any drop in and since they were so busy that it would be over an hour before we could sit down. There was no place for eight people to stand and we would need to wait outside in the snow. This place used to be one of our places to eat as we are locals. Not sure who the new owners are but I certainly cannot recommend this place to anyone!
I've been coming to McCall for the last 15 years and I've not been to a restaurant that has treated my family worse. Do not waste your time coming here you will regret it. I NEVER will come back or recommend this restaurant to my friends and family. P.S they just went under new ownership and it is AWFUL

We came here for a girls only birthday party in a pretty extravagant theme and our server was absolutely phenomenal. Kassandra handles our wildness like a CHAMP! She’s so fun! The other staff on the facility seem to be slightly annoyed, but our server stayed consistent and fun. She did an excellent job! The drinks definitely could’ve been better, but I heard the bartender was new… so I’ll cut the bartender some slack.
