I love tacos, especially from taco trucks. So when we saw this one at the entrance of McCall, we knew we had to give it a try.
Lonchera Rosita is easily one of the best taco trucks I’ve been to. The food is delicious, the stop is definitely worth it, and it’s now a must on every McCall trip. My only complaint? They’re closed on Sundays! Sundays are perfect taco days. Honestly, they should close on Mondays instead. 😅

Carne asada burrito (no beans) drizzled with a little red sauce is awesome. I moved here from California so I know what good Mexican food is like. My friend says it’s bland but I think the iron in the water has gotten to his brain

Spent some time in McCall and visited LR several times a week. Small menu but enough to satisfy everyone. Burritos and tacos mostly but spot on flavor wise.

Ordered an Al Pastor burrito for my hubby and I to share, we went to our hotel room to eat, and after getting a couple of bites in there was a LONG BLACK HAIR inside our burrito! I don't like to write negative reviews, but getting a huge hair in my food almost made me puke. It's not just the hair, the burrito was mediocre. Not very big, and lacking in flavor. Not to mention, after tax it was $15 for a burrito smaller than one you get at taco bell. We literally threw $15 in the trash. Glad we didn't order more, because it would have been a bigger waste of money had we.
