I was excited to eat here today on our trip to mccall, as we eat at the meridian one often and its the best. I was not impressed...I got the veggie burrito (my normal in meridian) and it tasted like fish... also had alot of burnt onions in it. Hardly any red sauce, it was super dry. Kids nuggets & fries were overcooked and dried out/ burnt. Super disappointing for a $65 meal

Great food. Margaritas had REAL juice it in not just syrupy mix that is all too common in most Mexican spots - SO appreciated! We enjoyed a tostada sandwich , camarones a la crema, a combo plate and enchiladas and all were tasty. Friendly staff. We will definitely be back !

The food was very good, not very spicy, but the staff was very helpful and accommodating. The prices are so much less than eating down in the main area of McCall. I would definitely go there again. If you want a belly full of yummy Mexican food, this is your place on a budget. I much prefer a giant plate of Mexican food for $14 rather than $30 LOL ❤️

Update: We were in town for a few days and were so excited to eat here again. Every bit is delicious: chips, salsa, rice, beans, carne asada, guac, tortillas. We went back before we left town to get our favorite posole. 😋
Everything is DELICIOUS and the staff is great! We love getting the posole after a ski day. I love the carne asada. My husband loves the chile verde. The fish tacos are the best I've had. Every meal has a great flavor. The menu may look the same as other Mexican restaurants but the flavors are better here - on every plate.

Excellent food, my wife really liked the carnitas tacos and I had the El Pastor burrito, was so amazing. Probably the best Mexican food we have had in Idaho. Also their margaritas are very good and they don't short you on the tequila 😁.

Our group ordered five dishes. Two were enjoyed, three actually, though the third didn’t seem to match what was ordered. One said his Southwest Burrito tasted like the predominant ingredient was Campbell’s soup. Mine was the Seafood Burrito and had a sauce I have never seen in a Mexican restaurant, reminiscent of the gray garlic sauces used fifty years ago as egg foo yung topping in a bad Chinese diner. The next time I am in McCall I will try someplace else.

I have eaten here several times and it is always amazing. This last time my family and I went out to eat and it was packed as usual but we were served, seated, ordered, and food brought out very quickly. I have no bad things to say about this place. I had the pollo a la crema, we also ordered the chipotle enchiladas, carne asada tacos, carne asada and camarones, and enchiladas in mole to go (best mole I’ve ever had). I should have ordered a cup of just the mole sauce to go it was so amazing. Their margaritas are delicious too. Seriously if you haven’t been here you should go.
