Cancelled our 55 th wedding anniversary dinner for a larger group
that needed our table. We were staying at the hotel for 2 nights,
wife’s birthday and 55th anniversary. Go else where if it is a meaningful occasion.
20 min there and no service. Maybe 4 tables seated when I got there….more employees than guests. Spoke to a manager that couldn’t even look up and could careless. My normal waiter witnessed and even apologized for the managers time on my way out out the door. Have never been treated like that there before.
