Unfortunately another disappointing experience at Rupert's. The last time we went to Rupert's for my husband's 50th birthday they did absolutely nothing to acknowledge it and when I brought that to their attention the response was “the host was in training and didn't relay to the server”. We decided to go back for my birthday and once again, no acknowledgment of my birthday by the server. The 4 top table next to us was also celebrating a birthday which...
Food was great. We ordered an appetizer and drinks about halfway through that we ordered salads and dinner. Before we could finish the appetizers all the food was delivered. Salad and dinner about 1 minute apart. If we go again we will wait to order. It seemed that they want you out of there as soon as possible to fill the table again. We did have reservations and arrived early. We were seated right away. Again the food was great but the service definitely lacking.
Delicious food and drinks - very busy night being Valentine's Day. Seated at the bar for a few minutes while waiting for the guests at our table to vacate and table to be cleaned and set. Bartender seemed maybe a bit flustered. Gluten Free elk meatloaf was delicious, also had good GF dessert options.
