Friday night, seafood night! Halibut was excellent and loved the zucchini with puttanesca sauce! But the star of the show tonight was the local squash blossom's stuffed with herbed goat cheese and romesco sauce! Service was excellent as usual (nod to Chris!) and the Dunham chardonnay brought it all together! Rupert's is the best hands down!
The food was excellent Steaks cooked to order, salmon perfect Did NOT like the servers work wear. No way on 5 star w how terribly the staff dressed. Just off the lake or dock or trail? Uh no. I always required my staff to dress professionally and attractively. They were not that. They will never be 5 star until they deal w work uniforms
The staff, view, creative menu, and consistent excellence bring us back repeatedly. It's fine dining with respect to quality, yet a casual and comfortable atmosphere. Always a great dinner!
