Quite floored by the pastries coming out of Stacey Cakes. So happy to have stumbled upon this little place while on vacation. The lemon Danish was so unique with a crisp, caramelized edge. The blackberry lime scone was soft and delicious. The raspberry huckleberry cream cheese coffee cake was wonderfully dense and soft. And I almost didn't get the cinnamon roll, because it seemed like the least special thing. But I am so glad I did. Easily the best cinnamon roll I've had. Perfectly soft yet caramelized and chewy in all the right places. And the depth of flavor and viscous consistency of the cinnamon filling was fantastic. Great work, Stacey.

Rarely is there found a destination bakery - this is one! If I’m in the vicinity (100 miles), I find my way here. When food is made from scratch with love, it makes every trip worth it.
