Excellent coffee store. Customer service is great. Began to realize that there is an annoying echo of good morning, the staff sound like my annoying grandma's parrot. They have to say good morning to everyone that comes out of the elevator, up and downstairs going to bathrooms or pharmacy.

Realized later it has its own entry via stairs from parking lot. Super setup, you almost feel you’re in a lodge, and are briefly thankful for the far-reach of the great Seattle coffee power..

The lady with the braids and gray hair needs an attitude check. Every time I go to this location she is always very rude and looks like she hates her job. I usually brush it off but it was my last straw when she threw my sandwich across the counter to give it to me without saying anything at all. I always try to have a conversation with her to hopefully cheer her up but I’m always met with her attitude instead.

I had gotten a drink and some egg bites from here and i was immediately greeted with an attitude from the lady working. I had asked “is it okay if i get my drink iced instead of hot?” and the lady rolled her eyes at me and said “well it’s a lot of work”. and then i asked for my egg bites. she walked away without saying anything. she then didn’t even make my drink (london fog) and just poured hot milk and WATER in a cup with ice. she slide the drink to me and then when my egg bites were done she THREW them AT me. I didn’t complain to them about the drinks because I had a feeling they wouldn’t do anything about it or they would be rude about it. I knew if they were rude to me again i was going to be rude back and i really don’t like being rude. as i walked out and put my drink in the trash they ladies working glared at me instead of helping the next customer. this was by far the worst experience i’ve ever had at starbucks and i don’t think i will ever be going back.
