Went on a friday around 630pm. Staff were nice, accurate and speedy. Not sure why so many here are saying bad things about this restaurant but i certainly did not have a bad experience.

Best Subway the wife and I have been to in a long time.

Food quality was great, the ladies were sweet despite how busy they were, the restaurant was clean, and the bathrooms were clean.

Can't say enough good things.

Very well done, everyone! We will be back to McCall soon and are looking forward to making this our first stop.

Couldn't rate the food. Two people in front of us 20 minutes to make a wrap and sandwich. Three of the slowest employees I've ever witnessed. All 3 could barely speak English, had 3 second memories or couldn't understand English. Walked out, would rather eat a lunchable from the gas station.

McCall, ID Subway gets the prize of the WORST one I’ve been to. Service was SLOW and unprofessional. The manager, and older lady, did not help the staff up front. She was yelling at them from the back office. Poor training, I felt bad for the workers on the front line. It took me about 30 min just to get a sandwich to go and there were only 2 people ahead of me!!!!!

The food is great, like any other subway we have ever eaten at. The service however was absolutely ridiculous! Extremely slow, they acted like we were inconveniencing them by patronizing the business. Maybe it’s a generational thing but these younger kids who were working there are in no hurry to get the line moving or make customers even want to return. Overall the dining area could have been cleaner as well. I myself will not return to this subway store and hope whomever is the franchise owner makes some serious changes to the staff and operations.

The staff was so slow and would give so much attitude when we asked for more lettuce or olives for example. They are rationing out here lol. All the drink machines were watered down and and there was 0 tea. Had nothing to drink. They were talking to eachother instead of keep the line moving. It was just a weird
