It isn't hard to mess up an order and it does happen, but when the order is just a coffee and ya solicit tips before I even finish paying, ya won't get a repeat customer . People it is SERVICE, CONSISTENCY, AND REPEAT CUSTOMERS. !

Been going to wild river since I was a kid. Only place ill go for coffee in McCall and I dont just go for coffee their breakfast burritos are great! Especially the roasted veggies ( with taco sauce) I tried to recreate it once at home 10/10 would not recommend because nothing will ever compare to theirs. I also really enjoy their smoothies, the kids love the cocoa peanut butter bliss and I love the all American. Service is always great but the line does back up during certain hours of the day but what can you do when everyone and their mom wants a cup of their coffee. I also love the convenience if their drive thru, its especially awesome on cold winter days.

Today I went through got my usual. They messed up no big deal I just waited. When I got my white mocha it tasted different. I burped up soap taste very strong and my stomach is upset. When I called to let the girls know they didn't seem concerned about this at all! I am a loyal customer that goes her often and tips very well! I feel like this should be handled differently!

We got the McCall Mangoberry Smoothie and a Dark Mocha. Both were very delicious and we also got one of the Stacey Cake Pumpkin breads. Prices were fair for the quality and portion. And environment was clean and workers were courteous

My husband and I have come here multiple times while at our family’s cabin over this summer. I’m a full time barista, so there is a chance that we are picky, but we were disappointed every time. Their drinks lack consistency, their iced drinks are always Lukewarm , their shots were burned, there was espresso grind all over the bottom of the cup, and their espresso is extremely weak. Past the drink quality, the baristas are never friendly. We were never once asked a small talk question, had the window shut on us while waiting for a bagel (there were no other cars, and at least 2 baristas on shift), and every interaction felt extremely transactional.
Not only was the coffee good but the awesome people were helpful and helped us find the backway around the construction!!

My favorite coffee & The staff is great but, 10-15 minute waits in a drive through really just don’t do it for me. It’s becoming more and more common. When I asked about it, I was told that if someone orders a shake or something, it does take a while. That’s fine, but can we move those cars to the side so the rest of us don’t have to wait 15? That is honestly my only complaint and just my suggestion to help make things better. I don’t think it’s a staffing issue because this happens when the line is not long and there’s 3+ people in the building.
