My favorite coffee & The staff is great but, 10-15 minute waits in a drive through really just don’t do it for me. It’s becoming more and more common. When I asked about it, I was told that if someone orders a shake or something, it does take a while. That’s fine, but can we move those cars to the side so the rest of us don’t have to wait 15? That is honestly my only complaint and just my suggestion to help make things better. I don’t think it’s a staffing issue because this happens when the line is not long and there’s 3+ people in the building.

Faith is the kindest worker! I come here all the time for my morning Latte and pumpkin bread! She always makes sure my drink is perfect before I drive off! Always freshly brewed and piping hot, just the way i like it! Honestly bussin for real! I've never had a bad experience here! One time I got the red bull blast, that had me off the dang walls!! Lets go Team Wild River Java! YAHOOO!!! W place lowkey tho tbh

The last 2 times I have gone to this coffee shop I’ve had chunks of powder ay thr bottom of my drink, wasn’t blended well enough. I believe that the whip cream I had on my coffee was rotton had a exspired milk taste to it. Usually in the early morning the coffee is good but more in the afternoon is when the coffe doesn’t taste as good because of different baristas.

The coffee was wonderful but the service was slow. Then we sat waiting for close to 10 minutes then they came out and said that they had dumped one of our coffees!! If you want a good coffee go there but expect to wait!!!

Not from McCall but I work at a coffee shop back home and wanted to come and try their matcha. I order mine with oat milk and it is by far one of the best matchas i’ve tried ❤️ Girls here are super friendly too

The coffee here is just plain bad. If you like espresso-heavy coffee like myself, I would not recommend getting coffee here. I added a shot of espresso to my coffee and it was still so weak, I’m honestly not even sure there were two shots in there. It was also made wrong the first time, so maybe the second shot of espresso was skipped in the remaking process. I was a barista for many years, and this review really has nothing to do with the staff, more so just how the drinks are made. Traditionally only a single shot of espresso goes in their 16oz latte which is less than a huge chain like Starbucks! And it was just as much as Starbucks would be. My husband got a sour patch red bull and liked it, though. Just definitely not a good place for coffee.

my drink came out super sour. the flavors tasted great, but the espresso left a taste in my mouth that made it undrinkable. i'm a barista myself and have managed a coffee shop in the past so i really try to give them grace but this coffee was just gross. education about quality drink preparation is a vital first step to any coffee shop's success.also, i know this is management's fault and not at all that of the employees, but the design of the line is completely nonsensical. they have a double sided layout, but you HAVE to order on one side and pick up on the other (and if you don't understand this layout at first, there are very stern signs on the windows telling you to loop back around). this might not be so bad if it weren't for the fact that there's barely room for 3 cars to get in line on the order side, meaning that if orders take longer than two minutes to type in, the line is hanging off into the street and nobody else can get in line (and when there is only one employee working at a time, orders definitely take longer than 2 minutes to place).side note: in 2024 and a post-pandemic world, wrapped straws are probably a good investment.2 stars for delicious baked goods though!
