Ashton and Nevaeh were so very kind . We are traveling from Northern Arizona. We started on last Tuesday and went to Yellowstone, Colorado, Wyoming and ending our trip in Zion. These young ladies were so kind and friendly. My family have never visited a standalone subway before. We were very impressed. We have done a lot of traveling, and I’ve been to Subway several times throughout my life in our home state of Arizona. These young ladies were so sweet. Customer service is definitely the thing that takes you over the top and separates you from the rest.God bless you ♥️

It’s a stereotypical Subway. That said, I’m not a fan of paying for double meat and getting 3/4 of a single serving. Frustrating. If it weren’t, the only game in town, I wouldn’t return.

Ordered online my order was wrong. Was only given a six inch sub instead of footling. The cookies I ordered weren't in the bag. The other sandwich had the wrong cheese on it. Didn't have enough food for dinner when I was sick, I called was told I would receive a full refund, I didn't ask for this, I was told by employee that they wanted to make it right. I woke up this morning only a partial refund for the missing 1/2 sub. They don't honor their own word or care about quality of food or customer service.

This is the first place I had the sub in a bowl. The hotshot sub in a bowl is a great low carb option, especially for a fast food restaurant.

Waited 45 minutes in the drive through. When we pulled up there were no other customers inside. We watched them serve several other groups inside while ignoring our order. Sandwiches were pretty good though.
