The old lady working there is horrible. Every time I go here she causes a new problem. I know I shouldn’t go but I’m a trucker and no other Taco Times where I can park a truck. Too bad Taco Time doesn’t listen to their customers and fix this location because it has lots of potential.

Fast food restaurants are in short supply in the McCammon/Lava Hot Springs, Idaho area, not far from I-15. I initially thought I'd found a perfect place in such a fast food desert -- a combination Taco Time/ A&W Restaurant at a gas station/convenience store, just off I-15 in McCammon. (That's because my wife wanted Mexican food and myself burgers.) However, their ice cream machine was broken and the Taco Time seemed out of a lot of items. In fact, this outlet didn't even make my wife's favorite choice, Crispy Burritos, that other Taco Times have. I found the burgers overpriced at $6.99 for a simplest of burgers. Having a fast food monopoly in the area, I guess they can charge a lot for their selections. I will say on the positive side, that the fries were great and they had fry sauce too -- at no extra charge, for the sauce. (Subway is the only other fast food in the area.)

The food was decent, but they were out of several things on the menu. The were short of help so we didn't get our food very fast.

The food was good, but i sat at the drive thru for 35 minutes, I was the only one in line. Had I not paid for my b food, I would have drove away.

I’m one of the new employees that works at this taco time I’ve been there for about three months now and it’s over all great but we are in need of some updates, upgrades and, a little bit more maintenance, our service is very good but there will be times where there’s only one to two people in the kitchen the entire day and it can be slow but most days there’s three employees because of it being a small store

Stopped in for a bite to eat. Generally speaking, Taco Time is pretty good for fast food. But this location appeared like it was being run by teenagers who work for weed money and doesn't really care about the job or the customers who supply them with a wage. The food was edible. It wasn't really made with care. So I questioned the cleanliness. And the customer service was terrible. If the owner reads reviews, be sure you train your staff to greet the customer. If there are multiple employees within eyesight of a customer, it's incredibly rude to ignore the customer and have me waiting around for 5 - 10 mins. It's understandable if you can't get to me right away, if your busy with other tasks or whatever... Simply greet me and let me know you ll be with me in a minute.
Also, your restaurant is not spotless. It seems kinda grimy. If I were the owner and I saw my employees just sitting around playing games on downtime, I would not be happy.

Not too bad for eating inside a gas station. The food wasn't very good though. The rice in the burritos was hard and overcooked. In most cases I really like Taco Time. I probably wouldn't eat here again.
