I can imagine this isn't a bad little place. Just went through the drive thru and got a iced coffee and hot cocoa. Definitely had better coffee. Drive up window, 2 simple drinks should not of taken as long as it did! I'll stop elsewhere next time.

My husband I were were camping nearby, and went to dinner for our anniversary. We were waited on promptly. My husband ordered the 12 oz ribeye, and I ordered chicken fried steak. The meal came with salad bar, soup, rolls and dessert. I requested mashed potatoes with my chicken fried steak. I was informed that the only gravy they had was brown gravy. I always eat my chicken fried steak with a country white gravy, but I said the brown gravy would be fine. After my husband had placed his order a different waitress came to our table and said no rib eye was being served, on account of it being Saturday night special of ribs. My husband then ordered the chicken fried steak, with a side of fries. We were never told where the salad bar was located, so we had to scout out the diner to find the salad bar. It was very good and we were quite surprised at the different choices, and the salad dressings were good. Our entrees were brought to us as soon as we were finished with the salad. Even though my husband ordered fries for his side, they brough him mashed potatoes, which he does not like. I mentioned to the waitress that he had ordered fries. She just stood there, I think expecting him to say that the potatoes were fine. She didn't say a word, and just left. After about 20 minutes, with no fries being delivered, I got the attention of another waitstaff. She brought the fries rigjht out. The chicken fried steak was ok. The mashed potatoes had no seasoning. I think they just mashed the potatoes with out adding any other ingredients. The dessert of a lemon pound cake was very good. There were no rolls. We would probably come back again if ever in the area, but we would not order the chicken fried steak. The food was a very large portion, so that was nice.

Absolutely fell in love with this place! You will not leave hungry! My brother who is never satisfied couldn’t finish his meal. The coffee was delicious too! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Definitely stopping every time I come through the area!

The food was excellent, however, after having to wait for a table, we got seated and then it took another 20 minutes or so to get water, and our order taken. The table that sat in front of us, that came in after we did, was served first. After we finally was able to order it took another 20-30 minutes to get our food. I understand it was just after lunch hour and it was kinda busy, however, there was plenty of staff to accommodate everyone. We were just forgotten about. Which makes it to where we won't be going back.

OH MY GOODNESS!! The food at this little diner is unbelievable!! The cook is a MASTER. I had the seafood basket. A little background- I had fish and chips at a very expensive winery just a couple days before and the food was really not very good. SO, I wasn't expecting any great shakes out of this little diner. Unbelievable. The fish was so light and tasty with the right amount of spices. The scallops!! were lightly breaded and I wasn't expecting the burst of wonderful flavor. Delicious! The shrimps were cooked perfectly and lightly breaded also and hiding their burst of tastiness also. Enough food to fill me up. There were also fries with my meal. Not greasy and good. Hubby had chicken strips and onion rings. The strips were nice and moist, not dry and very good. The onion rings were to die for. SO YUMMY. I can't recommend this place enough. It is located in Midvale, Idaho, just a tiny place that if you blink you might miss it. If you are in the area you must stop by. We were here May 19th, 2025.

Good food and service. Country setting. They had new country music playing. Would of preferred some real classic country like johnny paycheck or porter wagoner. New country sucks.

Edit. Went in for dinner. Waitress was pretty short and not happy. Didn't tell me about the sides that come free with my meal so I didn't get any sides. Food is average. Nice setting and convenient and other staff is nicer.
