I’ve had countless amazing experiences at this location, but not tonight (October 23.) Went through the drive-through on my way home from a cross country meet and ordered a large meal, got charged for and was given a medium. When I pulled up to the window, two girls were goofing off (pretty much tickling each other in the manager’s office) leaving the other two gals working to man the front by themselves which slowed EVERYTHING down big time. And to boot, someone loaded my party’s food bags in the worst way possible, my party’s sweet potato fries were shoved in at an angle, the normal fries were pretty much completely dumped out in the other bag, the bacon and cheddar burger was put together in the most sloppy of fashions, the boxed burgers were shoved into the bottom of one of the bags which made them super had to get to (had to pull over to dig them out.) If a manager or the franchise owner sees this, y’all got a lot of work to do to make things right for me and my party.

I grew up on this place. They always have good food, great shakes. Awesomely nice people. And there are places to sit I side where you can get quite if you want, or if you don't mind a bit of noise. Their shakes always hit the spot.

They are usually super busy. We were seated quickly, and our waitress was so cute, friendly, and nice. The food was outstanding, hot, and freshly made. It is a great place to eat with a large group

Okay!!! I don't leave many reviews unless I get shocked from some kind of change good or bad. So I had to leave a review after getting a fast dinner here at artic circle tonight. I pulled into the drive through and it had a line... I was like mannn I'm gonna have to wait a good min. Mind you they were really busy inside too. I ordered me and my sons food. The line was moving incredibly fast. I got to the window. Shake was made and handed to me while I exchanged payment. I get the same few things everytime. So I sat there a couple minutes and the window opens and my food was ready. I was shocked because of how busy they were and I was treated with no sense of panic or annoyance. I get home and my son takes a bit of his chicken sandwich, same thing he always gets, only this time, wow! Blew both of us away! Hands down best tasting sandwich we have gotten! With all my modifications it wasnt just thrown together. It was fresh and made perfectly. I got a taco salad. It was beautifully made and soooo fresh and good! And my banana chocolate shake! Another wow! I don't know if there was a change in the crew. Or if whatever crew they had on tonight just worked phenomenally together. just all around great customer service! awesome food tonight. Whoever was in that kitchen whoever made my shake and whoever was running things tonight. Great team work hands down! Thank you so much!!! We are now happily full!

My double cheeseburger was given to me with an insane amount of burnt meat from the grill. The whole burger was covered with black leftover grill char. I went to take it back and asked for a new one, and the 3 employees were too busy taking pictures and videos of themselves right in front of the cash register. I said if they spent less time playing on their phones and social media, they would have more time to clean and make sure they had a good product to serve their customers that would actually pass a health inspection. One female employee (Chandler) apologized immediately and said she would make a new one. The other 2 male employees (Joshua and Raymond) wanted to stand there and argue with me. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told her name was Lisa and she wasn't available..... I would love to actually talk to a manager and explain what happened to make sure it never happens again. The mess from the fry sauce in the pictures was like that for a very long time, while Joshua just stood at the counter doing nothing with his hands in his basketball shorts. After a brief conversation between Joshua and his coworker, Joshua stormed into the office and slammed the door so hard it scared my daughter. He was so over the top angry we thought we would have to call the police. The entire time we were there, an employee was having issues with their ice cream machine. While working on it, they never washed their hands. They never wore gloves, and they we not wearing hair nets. I watch employee after employee walking around with their hands in their pockets. Wearing street clothes without any type of uniform or name tags. It was so sad to see this store like this. I've been coming here for years with my father to get ice cream and never had an experience like this. I've texted the manager and will edit my review after having a conversation with her.

Update****
I just had a very disappointing conversation with a gal named Carla who said she was the assistant manager. Who made it sound like I was the bad guy for pointing out all the issues your store had to the workers. She said that the employees were "backed into a corner, and they fought back." This is completely unacceptable. I can now see why the employees acted in the manner they did if Carla's attitude as an assistant manager is the way it is. They are just following her example. Please review the cameras and call me. Do not have Carla or anyone else call me, please. I am really hoping to resolve this issue with some level of management that actually cares, so this never happens to another customer again. I have been texting the general manager who is away for personal issues. She said she would review the cameras and call me. But instead she had Carla call me and you can see how poorly that went. She was more concerned about telling me that in the state of idaho employee don't need a hair net unless their hair is past their shoulders (which it was!) She said in idaho they don't need to wear gloves and only need to wash their hand every 30min (which they didn't.) But these employees were playing with their hair and cell phones and then touching food! Very disappointing....
