Best Waffle cone I never had. Ordered a Waffle cone got a regular cone. When I questioned I was not offered a replacement but advised that at least the regular one was cheaper. Well guess I was lucky and saved some money. I think I just unlucky with the server. Likely you will have a better experience.

Orded food for the family. They gave us the food and we foolishly believed the reciept was in the bag. We passed out the food to our kids in the parking lot, and found we were missing one burger. Went in and told them, they informed us we didn't order that burger, just the extra french fry, and sorry they never gave us the receipt, but too bad. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! So dishonest!!!

Staff acted like they wanted to be there. Blamed the hot play area on big glass windows.
French fries tasted like salt. Good grief let us control our own salt.
Better options in Montpelier. Steer away from this place With it's outdated seating and menu.

I wouldn’t say the food is bad. The food is usually a bit of a hit or miss but it’s okay for fast food. Usually not very clean. However, the service is usually awful. If there is any inconvenience with your order that you decide is large enough to mention, they’ll treat you like it’s nothing, no matter how polite you are. I had a situation a while back where a friend and I had an issue and very politely asked about it, only to be scolded by the manager after talking to her. My friend was quite upset, and she was still very kind to the manager. Some of the workers are nice, some aren’t very.

Just have to say I was there Friday the 20th around noon. There were several people there from a girls softball tournament so very crowded. Whoever was working there at that time should be proud of the quick service they provided under the circumstances. Not only that we were served very cheerfully. I am local and will visit more often. Keep up the good work.

Mediocre food but so many burger joints within a 30 mile radius. The people that work there are nice. Ice cream is ok.
Wendy’s ( at least end offers baked potatoes and chilli), Chick-Fil-a, Church’s chicken, El Pollo Loco chicken, Panda Express, Popeyes Chicken, even Arby’s would have been different and better alternatives.
