Not sure what has happened. Ive always loved their coffee drinks but the last 2 times I've been there they tasted nothing like a caramel macchiato or a breve. It was like black coffee with syrup in it and was nasty. We ordered nachos. They were horrible! The next chips were stale and the cheese was salty and old. We also felt like we were a bother to the wait staff because they were on their phones.

I haven’t been here for awhile, but seems like when I do I tend to get orders wrong, I know everyone makes mistakes and that’s completely understandable… This time I was craving my favorite sugar free caramel macchiato with almond milk so stopped by to get one along with a warm butter beer. First when I ordered, I noticed the girl taking the order had grabbed a cold cup for the caramel macchiato so I told her hot and she said “oh” and grabbed a hot cup. I ordered the sugar free caramel macchiato with almond milk and extra sugar free caramel sauce, my stomach doesn’t handle sugar well, it makes me extremely sick which is why I always order sugar free. When the order was handed out, the butter beer was made as a soda rather than the warm butter beer so I had to have them change that for me, then when I started drinking the caramel macchiato, my stomach started getting upset and I realized it was a lot sweeter than usual even with the extra sauce and noticed sugar free isn’t written on the cup so I’m fairly certain it wasn’t made with the sugar free flavoring. I was only able to drink a few sips of it before having to throw it away.

They are super friendly and awesome!!! i asked for a surprise drink they delivered with flying colors!!! Worth every dollar in drink and tip!!!! Thank you for the experience!!!

I have been going to Fizeez for some time. Well today I ordered my mocha Frappuccino with whipped cream. It was horrible it was noting but brown water with whipped cream on top. I had to ask for the chocolate syrup to be added. The service was also terrible. OH I'm sorry that I made you get off your phone to help your customers. Come Monday I will be going to see the manager. If things don't change there it will be my last dollar I spend there.

The sugar cookie with cream cheese frosting was very hard. I had no idea it was frozen. It was not fresh. Throw the cookies away and make a new batch.
