They dont read directions on online orders Many times I request dress g on side. Its on top and way more then I put on. Salads dont get chopped up most of the time. Very difficult to eat. Other then that the service when I go in is great and they listen to what you request

From out of town and ordered online. The two people on staff made the sandwiches perfectly, but the store was out of avocado, lemonade, three different cheeses, and different kinds of chips. Shame on the owner for setting up their employees for failure. The poor employees are the ones who have to handle angry customers.

Daniel and Bob at Subway in Montpelier went above and beyond tonight! We arrived at 8:50 PM after baseball games, just before closing. Despite clearly preparing to leave, they eagerly served us, suggested delicious sandwiches, and encouraged us to dine in. Their exemplary service and great food made our late-night stop truly positive.

They have some new staff my experience this time was way better than 6 months ago I'm happy they are making good changes to make it better I went on a weekend and the staff was amazing and so was my food

Not sure if this was a restaurant or daycare. The managers kids were all over, toys were scattered, baby was crying, with a box of huggies on the prep table. Not what I want to see when ordering food at a restaurant.

My husband wanted a tuna they did not have any so he had to wait for them to make some & i got a BMT on wheat bread. we got home & my wheat bread was hard & stale, i could not eat it. WHAT HAPPENED TO THERE FRESH BREAD????

On Monday August 19, I stopped to grab a sandwich and a young girl with glasses prepared it for me. I was the only one there and she carefully crafted to my preference. I’ve eaten at Subway many, many times but this was the best Subway sandwich I’ve ever had!!!! The bread was delicious with a European bakery texture, just the right amount of encrusted cheese. Veggies were fresh and meats delicious (#30 The Beast). I was driving while I ate and when I finished, felt like turning around and driving 30 miles to get another one! Just wanted to complement the girl who made the sandwich and the owner/staff for such delicious food!
Walked in and met with Baby sleeping unattended in carrier, with food and garbage on the ground nearby. It was 230pm and most the food bins were empty and no one was at the counter for the few minutes i waited. so I left

What a disappointment...No tuna and did not offer to make any. The counters where the subs are made was dirty. Nothing was stocked. Bathroom was dirty with the trashcan was overflowing and on the floor. The young people need supervision and some retraining!
