Not sure if this was a restaurant or daycare. The managers kids were all over, toys were scattered, baby was crying, with a box of huggies on the prep table. Not what I want to see when ordering food at a restaurant.

My husband wanted a tuna they did not have any so he had to wait for them to make some & i got a BMT on wheat bread. we got home & my wheat bread was hard & stale, i could not eat it. WHAT HAPPENED TO THERE FRESH BREAD????

On Monday August 19, I stopped to grab a sandwich and a young girl with glasses prepared it for me. I was the only one there and she carefully crafted to my preference. I’ve eaten at Subway many, many times but this was the best Subway sandwich I’ve ever had!!!! The bread was delicious with a European bakery texture, just the right amount of encrusted cheese. Veggies were fresh and meats delicious (#30 The Beast). I was driving while I ate and when I finished, felt like turning around and driving 30 miles to get another one! Just wanted to complement the girl who made the sandwich and the owner/staff for such delicious food!

Walked in and met with Baby sleeping unattended in carrier, with food and garbage on the ground nearby. It was 230pm and most the food bins were empty and no one was at the counter for the few minutes i waited. so I left

What a disappointment...No tuna and did not offer to make any. The counters where the subs are made was dirty. Nothing was stocked. Bathroom was dirty with the trashcan was overflowing and on the floor. The young people need supervision and some retraining!
Place was dirty, workers were slow. All over the place. The food bread was stale and not fresh and just look at the quality.

Stopped at Montpelier Idaho Subway at 8:40 PM on Saturday. Door was locked and three teenagers were inside talking. Door said they were open until 9:00 PM. Knocked and asked them why they were not open. Kid paused then said they were out of bread. I could tell he was not being truthful they just wanted to be done early. Kids are either not taught or just bad employees but either way will never stop there again. Hopefully the owner sees this.

Workers bring their kids to work. My granddaughter tried to eat her food there and the workers son tried to take her food and was all over the table. They must be pretty desperate to hire people that have to bring their kids to work. I’ll never go there again.

My sandwich looked horrible falling apart in the bag and they forgot my pretzel side, I went back in and asked them to remake it, and didn't even get an apology for their mistake ! Kids screaming in the back not professional at all. Not the first time I've had issues with this subway

Today a lady working there had her two kids behind the counter one was screaming the other way being very loud and running around the eating area before he ran outside. She sat and talked to someone while there was one other worker making food. There was a line and still she offered no help. This isn't the first time.
