Don't want to answer the phone!!

I purchased some headphones on Friday but did not have an opportunity to open them until Monday. When I put on the headphones they were not loud by any metric. Therefore I returned the headphones in hopes of exchanging them for some better earphones. I, hand to God, had these headphones in my ears for no more than 10 minutes trying them over different devices to see if the potential pairing of one device was the issue rather than the headphones themselves. When I went to exchange the headphones I was given the third degree. The headphones were "dirty" and had to be cleaned before they could return them. To my surprise they were missing one ear tip that was not the same as the other ear tips. I didn't muck about with any of the ear tips in any way shape or form. My conclusion is that this product has been returned before and I was not the first person to buy it. Therefore the integrity and lack thereof rest upon the exchange and not me. Knowing that I returned a product with 100% of its accessories it came with. I will never buy electronics from the exchange again but will spend my money at Walmart or Amazon. I would love to support my local exchange but with this kind of treatment it's not worth it. In addition to all of this the manager handed the product that I clearly stated was malfunctioning and not working properly to the person over electronics and stated " this belongs in your area." There was no conversation as far as I heard about the product not working correctly or having any issues. My assumption is they will most likely put new stickers on it to close it up and put it back on the wall for purchase.

This rating is just for the Exchange. The Commissary (supermarket) next door wasn't visited.

Though it is small, the exchange has quite a bit to offer those on base.

The store motto should be

"If you want it, we don't have it."

Not as large as the exchange at Hill AFB in Utah, but still has a good variety of merchandise available from clothing, home goods, sporting goods including fishing gear and firearms a some appliances.
Staff there are confident and friendly and genuinely glad to see their customers ?
The food court is small, but there's plenty of seating and tables. Only choices are POPEYES, BURGER KING AND TACO BELL.
There are some days a couple of local food trucks available (I'm not sure what days, but I'm pretty sure Friday was one of them.)
No local food trucks today. They are relocating different items/departments around the floor. For example the electronics section Is being reduced/consolidated. The firearms are being relocated to the opposite end of the store, etc.

Have a little of everything. Covered Christmas this year.

Very clean & spacious. Great choices of products. Staff was hard to locate & distant acting when approached.

It was fine no problems.
