No real complaints. It is like most other fast food burger joints. Our food was prepared as ordered and we didn't have to wait long which was good. We didn't order any of their specials, just some burgers and fries.

I love that the vegetables on the burgers are fresh and plentiful. Tge staff was cheerful. They ask your name and bring your food to you. No calling out a number. Such a little thing but yet a big thing.

I went through the drive through and ordered two meals. when I got home a few blocks away, the food was ice cold, the fries were cold and gross. the Hamburgers were cold, and the bread was so stale it was hard, the bottom half of the bun was hard and stale, it crumbled when I broke it like the bun had been sitting out for days. Both hamburgers were that way. I was already home and so I didn't feel like driving back to Burger King to get new. I was so frustrated, what a waste of money, I just made something at home even though I was tired from a long day, I couldn't eat that disgusting food. So much for trying to get food so I could just relax at home. I had to cook anyways.

This is by far the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. Quite often machines are broken or not properly functioning. The drive thru typically takes 20 minutes or longer which defeats the purpose of “fast food”. Employees will still sell you stuff even if it’s incorrect. Example: The milkshake machine being off temperature/being barely cold much less frozen. The soda machine ran out of flavored syrup OR carbon dioxide resulting in a awful taste. The entire inside is also disgustingly unclean. There is a thick layer of grease under the fryer with bits of food all over the floor. Tables are always sticky and bathrooms have also been unclean on numerous occasions. Don’t bother going to this location.

I'm reading other reviews. Holy smokes they have serious issues with completing orders correctly even if the customer is there. Not just a delivery issue. They need to check management and training. This kind of continuous issues along with attitude is management problem not just employee. There are times I don't feel up to driving into town to pick up. Living in the country having a doordash option is fantastic. (I have zero issues with the delivery drivers). I have an issue with my doordash driver waiting 15 minutes to get handed my order. I have an issue with items I ordered and paid for not being delivered. I get my food is not going to be hot, like eating in the dinning area. Stone cold is not what I pay for. Yesterday was not the first or even second time this has happened at this Burger King. I get my orders are large but I also have a large family. Just because your the only Burger King with in an hour drive doesn't mean staff can lack attention to detail. I know it gets busy. When the doordash driver is there for an order that was order 30 minuts prior there has to be someone to hand them the order. Making them wait while my food gets colder is just not ok. Like I said this wasn't a one time or even two times issue. When you pay more for delivery to receive stone cold order is unacceptable. I know this restaurant gets busy because there are only 1 Burger Kind and 1 McDonald's in an hour radius.
Ignorant punk staff, that yell and try to get off the speaker fast, good thing there’s a McDonalds across the street.
