As a waitress here, I can promise that all of the food is fresh and the meat is cut daily. I saw someone’s comment that claimed the meat was rotten and another that said it was overly greasy, but the meat here is all fresh and no food here is ever greasy. We also plate the food as neat as possible.
My wife and I had an amazing dinner! We're visiting Orofino on a lengthy RV road trip and two people we ran into recommended China Palace (the only Chinese place in town).
We were pleasantly surprised by the our wonderful meal. Our waitress, who also busily handled a bunch of "to-go" orders was very pleasant, attentive and friendly. The restaurant was spotlessly clean and well decorated, though a little dark.
