I was doing a cross country bike tour, and was staying next door. The food was excellent, service was prompt and it was just a really relaxing place to have dinner. 5 Stars!

This place looked beautiful, however, I entered the restaurant 1 hour before the closing time according to Google. Once I got in the host immediatly let us know that they were closing early and we would have to order quickly and not plan on staying for too long. I would have loved to try this place but I didn't wanted to feel pressured to leave so I decided to go somewhere else. I will update the review once I give this place another try.

The atmosphere was a little awkward at first but our server and hostess were so sweet and helpful. The view on the deck is absolutely stunning, and the food was amazing!! I have never wanted to order more food in my entire life and their desserts are just the same! Overall it's truly an amazing place, I cannot wait to go again!

We loved everything about our dining experience. The food was the best! My husband had the open faced seafood sandwich and I had the oriental chicken Flatbread. Brenda took very good care of us. She is an absolute gem! We will definitely be back!

The blue cheese salad dressing was really good, my tomato basil soup was delicious, my filet was perfect, the service was fantastic. My husband got chicken cordon blue and it was the toughest chicken in the world. It was inedible. I'm not sure how chicken could be that tough? We were bummed because everything else was so good.

We have dined at The Edge several times. Its location on the Clearwater River is fantastic! The service is always great and the food delicious!
This is a great place to eat. The food is really good and the service was great. Great choice of wines by the glass. We moved outside when the sun was less hot and it was just lovely watching and listening to the river. Thoroughly recommended.

Just finished the best meal I've had here in alllll of Idaho (since arriving a month ago). Orofino's little secret of a phenomenal restaurant: Dining on the Edge was above and beyond expectations. The blackened Ahi tuna appetizer was perfectly seared, the homemade bread was made with love, and the Salmon Oregon with cheesy crab soufflé... just wow... The salmon was cooked to fork tender perfection, and the soufflé was out of this world!! Topping it all off was the blueberry white chocolate cheesecake. My goodness!! To say, "Heaven on a plate" completely undersells this item. You've got to try it. My server, Hannah, was on point!! She was very knowledgeable of the menu and cocktails, and honest with her recommendations which I highly appreciated. I was promptly greeted at the door and served with minutes. The service was spectacular. Riverside view with trickling waters below patio set up a lovely atmosphere to relax and thoroughly savor each bite. Thank you Chef and DotE, I will be back! Probably next week...

this is our first and only time here. the two employees who were standing at the door when we got there at 5:30pm looked confused to see us, gave no greeting, and one turned around dazedly and wandered away slowly. all of the service for the rest of our meal was just as poor. food was average and took forever. the meal was very expensive. disappointing.
