Here in Orofino there is the one of the best Mexican restaurants I have had the pleasure to dine at. The restaurant is clean and the atmosphere is friendly The food is amazing. The salsa and chips are hand made on site and it is the best. They make the absolute best ground beef tacos..Yummy, they are truly delicious. The Fiesta burrito is huge and so good. They have Bacon wrapped shimp that is to the best of any restaurant ive been to. If If you get carne-asada and bacon wrapped shrimp it is just amazing. I saved the best for last... Order Fiesta Fajita. The one with shimp, carne asada, and chicken. Ask them to caramelize it. Oh My God!!! You have got to try this. It is so delicious. I promise you,it is the best fajitas you have ever had. The service is spot on. They are just really great people. This restaurant gets a five star rating.
