Very disappointed, I ordered take out, I live right down the street. I spent 20$ on a large calzone, I was served a small calzone (not big enough for two by any means) I called and was placed in hold, so I got in my car to return the food, the employee came back on the line and told me that by my description I have received overstretched calzones in the past. I turned my car around as it was clear they refused to take accountability. I was ripped off with false advertisement, on top of the canzone being cold inside and has barely any filling. What a waste, of money and time! I guess I'll deal with it by not coming back, and warning future customers about the establishment. Whoever was working tonight was a full on ripoff and pizzafactory employees don't even care about what they serve you. Absolute garbage!

One would think that it is very hard to make a bad pizza. Pizza Factory somehow managed to overcome those odds. They did the impossible.
The cheese is flat out disgusting and cardboard-like. Rubbery even. The pepperoni is basically just a bunch of grease bowls. The crust is low quality.
Customer service isn’t a priority here. Neither is employee hygiene by the looks of it (that one is self explanatory - just walk in and you’ll see what i’m talking about for yourself). Don’t even get me started on their ridiculous prices.
This should be the absolute LAST place you go for pizza in Orofino if you value hygiene, cleanliness, quality, and consistency.

Went camping hours away and decided to go to town to find something to eat and stumbled across this place. First time ever experiencing this place and I would definitely recommend this place to others. The staff was friendly and courteous and the food was delicious!!! Thanks again for a great first time here. Sorry about the half eaten food was starving and forgot to post before digging in lol…

They have amazing BBQ chicken pizza, I wanted just plain BBQ chicken, but then they told me about their Wester BBQ, and that was really good. (The food is so good that I went there 3 times in 2 days)
Vegetarian options: They have a few items that are Vegetarian, and you could easily take the meat off of pizzas.

Among the best veggie pizza I've ever had...crispy yet chewy crust, plenty of mozzarella cheese, and they LOADED on the fresh veggies ?! The wings are delicious too.
