Employee did not know what he was doing. He was also very rude to me and the customer in front of me. I had to tell him what was the protein wrap. He also did not ask me if I wanted my sub toasted. He just threw it in the oven. When he was putting the sauce on, he just dumped a big old pile in the middle of it. Then when I was checking out, he didn’t know how to run the till he kept screwing up. I had a good experience the time before with the employee so I don’t know what happened in the last couple of months.

But this one zero customer service skills I dont even think the guy who did my order worked here and they must have pulled him from break or something He was lost seeming and took forever to just make the sandwich Zero conversation Zero customer service skills Zero effort This was very disappointing

I arrived at noon and when getting to the counter there was no employees in site. I stood there for a minute then a tall man with a think dark beard came out from the back. He placed a box and a bin on the counter towards the back wall and proceeded to fill the bin with bacon with his back towards me. He never said, “just a minute” or “I’ll be right with you”. No instead he spent about 4 minutes filling the bin then turning around and putting the bacon bin in its place on the cold hold. He then stood there and looked at me, again without saying hello or any other kind of greeting. I asked for the 5 meat Italian on Asiago cheese. He glanced in the oven beside him and gruffly said, “I don’t have the cheese.” I asked for the white instead. “I’ve got two 6-inch white bread, wheat bread, and some flat bread.” I asked for the two 6 inches for a foot long. I had to repeat what meat and cheese I wanted two more times. I had to keep slowly repeat what veggies I wanted, and he kept pausing and forgetting what I had said. He just stood looking at me to repeat but without actually saying anything. The guys was rude and very unfriendly. When I left I went to eat the sub part of it was hard and flaked bread crumbs all over. I’m glad I didn’t get cookies because the were way dark and overdone.

I decided to try one more time, and I am just done. I ordered online, showed up 10 minutes after the time to pick up, the gal working said she hadn't started it yet because she was waiting for bread to be done. Could of told me that on the phone when you called to tell me you don't have wraps. The personal pizza that I ordered was cold, barely melted the cheese. They were not busy at all, just a lack of give a crap about anything. Very frustrating. Either out of everything, closed, or the employees don't care. The gal did offer me a drink for free which I declined, so she attempted, I will give her that. Just wish our little town Subway could do better. Tired of wasting my money on crap.

No stars actually, the employees there have no clue what the sandwich of the month is.Even though uts posted above them . Today being Monday it was the cold cut combo, the employee didn't know how to prep it . There was a customer ahead of me . I patiently waited . 2 employess working the counter . The one who was helping us both was very nice and polite. He was still prep her sandwich , then he ranged her order. Then the same employee started to prep mine Iasked him to change his gloves and he was got a little huffy like why ? I said to him I don't want cross contamination on my food. So the other employee asked to take over for my order. He had on fresh gloves,so asked for mayo, he's touching the refrigerators looking for refill bottles. I had enough and walked out . Nothing was prepped or refilled. I won't be back ... OSHA and food inspection should come in .. I think all of those who work in the food service needs their food handlers certificate. Itll make them more knowledgeable when working with food . I was going to get it to go, didn't spend any money there

We are on a 12 hour road trip and stopped here for lunch. Came in and waited for the employee to come in from the back “employees only area.” He came out with another person, who went outside, but we ordered the boss, toasted, no veggies and a foot long dipper. He kept sniffling the entire time, and as an ex addict myself, all red flags went off. I had to remind him 3 different times about the dipper, and at the end, he started ringing me up, and said so just the sandwich?” We got out to the car took a bite, and every meatball and all the sauce was cold.

Purchased two sandwiches today and the bread was horrible. It was very dry, hard and crumbled when picked up.
We stopped quickly to get a sandwich. The two men working were so polite, friendly, efficient, and great sandwich makers. If I lived near this town I would frequent this Subway often. I e never been to a better Subway.

I love going to subway during lunch for school. They always pick up during that time but I’ve never been late to my next class. The employees are always nice and quick and are sure to offer their deals if they have any. Any other time I’ve gone I always see my classmates working and it’s always nice to see a friendly face. Highly recommend!!
