Alright, the old staff was bad, but now that ma boi JEFFERYYY THE GOAT works there, you can trust that you will get a good sandwich, just right, and quick too.

Ordered a meat ball sub and even had it toasted the meat was cold inside. I thought they were supposed to be a hot sammich it was nasty ??

I went in sometime last night and this girl I didn’t catch her name but she darker skin long hair and a little short she was very rude and took the longest time to make one sandwich !

How stoned do you need to be to work at this Subway? Very. The teenagers stand around giggling, instead of working. The place is dirty, they don't have the ingredients needed to make all the sandwiches. They haven't been taught basic things like, don't handle money or answer the phone with gloves on and then touch the food! Yuck!

The worst service ever. Two people working for a lunch rush? Not wise. Allowing them to drown in work doesn't allow them to serve their customers appropriately. Who every owns this location should be ashamed.

I have ordered online before and have never had any problems with this store. Today was a completely different story. Online said my order would be ready at 1:25 I went in at 1:20 They still had not received my order and could not refund what had already been deducted from my account. Also they were out of bread so they couldn't even make me another sandwich.
Ordered online got home and they didnt get the order right. The manager was suppose to call me the next day but never did. The parma store closes early or closed when suppose to be open. Do not recomend this store.

Late review but ordered the steak foot long on 09/30/2021 and paid $1.99 more for 2 raw pieces of bacon which was added to my sandwich. Advertised as CRISPY, it was not. Cooked it at home later.Just be aware of what goes into your food This Subway is located on one side of the Jacksons co-op gas station.

Called 20 min to 6pm. Got a phone call at 6:10 saying that although their hours show open till 7 they recently (within the week) changed it to 6 so. Sorry. No sandwhich. They weren't going to make it, didn't have the courtesy of calling earlier, when I brought up how unprofessional it was they told me "that sucks" and hung up. Disgusted. The sandwich was for my work that I'd need early in the morning for a training to better help my family. But thanks.
