Ok I am not one to leave reviews!! But here's the deal this place is the only one I know these days that still use the real meats and ingredients! You want good food find this truck and eat! I will tell you everything you need to know but I would rather you find out for yourself!!
I heard that they had great food so I stopped by when I was in Idaho city. The wait wasn't very long and ran in to an old coworker and chatted for a while. The staff was friendly and Idaho City in the surrounding area are always a great atmosphere! The only complaint that I have about the food is that it wasn't hot and the cheese wasn't melted. To be fair, I will stop by and try again for hopefully a better review on the food.
Tacos Papirringo was a vendor at our festival this year. The food was fantastic, they were very clean with their set up and always on time! Very nice family too, would highly recommend - their tacos and other offerings were really popular at our event
