The restaurant is quite small, but the food is beyond any level of delicious you will find for possibly hundreds of miles. The price point, the customer service, the absolute umami flavor bomb combined with a perfectly cooked side will elevate your day. You will be disappointed only by the fact that you haven't been here before. Take my word, if you have a love affair with delicious burgers, then give this a try.

My burger is always hot and juicy, but not to the point where it is soggy and ruined. my fries are always hot and fresh , so crispy with an amazing texture!!Parma people, please give this place a chance, i promise you will not be disappointed!!10/10 will recommend & return

My husband and I had their pastrami sandwich and fries. By far th BEST hot pastrami sandwich we have had since moving to Idaho. I was leary about the brioche bun, only because I am use to a hoagie roll. Boy was I wrong. The texture pairs perfectly with their generous portion of pastrami, cheese, and mustard.I highly recommend The Burger Joint! Staff is friendly, place is spotless, and it has plenty of seating inside and out.Wheelchair accessibility: The Burger Joint is wheelchair accessible.

When I asked for a special that was no longer on the menu, they went out of their way to accommodate me, which I really appreciated! Recommend you give it a try.Kid-friendliness: My kid is a picky eater, and they’ve put together a menu that he will actually eat from - which is tougher to do than you’d think.
