So fun to step back in time a little. Nothing like a root beer in a frosty mug. What will keep us coming back, though, is the service. I wish we'd gotten the name of the gal who took care of us. We'll definitely go back any time we're near Payette.
I love this restaurant and have become a regular. I appreciate the food, the comfortable atmosphere, and the friendly staff. The burgers are great. I especially like the cheese curds. I frequently get a milkshake or a hot fudge sundaes because they are delicious.\n\nIt is a comfortable restaurant with upholstered booths and the old telephone style ordering system. The decor is reminiscent of the sixties with vinyl records and Elvis pictures. We have enjoyed family parties, outings...
This was such a great experience. It's been many years since I've been to an A&W and never a Restaurant like this one. There are phones at the tables where you can "phone in" your order, so unique! The food was great and a great value. We ordered our Rootbeer in glasses we took home. The service was fast and the employees were friendly and helpful. One girl behind the counter offered to rinse out our glasses on the way out.
