BB’s Cruisin’ Coffee

Saturday breakfast buffet was not good. Food was cold, waffles, Fr. toast, potatoes and ham were all dried out.

My mom and I went to lunch on our day off and had amazing food! You can tell burgers are homemade and my mom got the finger steaks and said they were so tender and amazing !! I also got a sugar free crusin and it was delicious!!!

Food and drinks are good which is why I gave it two stars instead of one. I called in an order and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. I called at 9:02am and it wasn’t ready until 9:29am. What is the point of calling in an order if I am still going to have to wait 20+ minutes past the estimated time. I called the order in to save time in a rush and ended up having to wait essentially the same amount of time if I hadn’t called.

BB's is my favorite place for sending drinks and bubble waffles, to my son, daughter in law and grandkids! Every experience i have with them is absolutely AMAZING! The friendliest owners and staff! Thank you BB's for being AMAZING!

Tried the Payette location today. I ordered “The Cruise.” The coffee was absolutely terrible. It had a very burnt flavor. It also was watered down and sour with not a hint of caramel. I had to dump it out, it was that bad! I was thoroughly disappointed. I will not be back.

This is my third or fourth visit to BB and each time I love it more. The staff is so kind and friendly. I was here with a friend and we split a French toast breakfast. They were nice enough to bring it out on two plates without even the eggs were cooked to perfection. The French toast was delicious. The coffee was yummy and the lotus drinks are to die for. Recommended.

About 2 weeks my husband and I tried this place. Had high hopes of it being good food because the options around Payette are limited. We enjoyed our food however, my chicken fried steak was burnt on the outside and raw in the middle. The manager apologized and offered for me to come back and try it again. The coffee was delicious and hot. So today we gave it a second time. As we walked in the restaurant smelled of bathroom cleaner, and was a bit chilly. I ordered the "chicken fried breakfast" from the menu. The waitress said "oh sorry we don't have the chicken for that" ummmm ok but it's not chicken? So I ordered French toast. I wish I had taken pictures but the French toast is soggy, I could bend it in half and it was like a sponge! When the waitress brought the French toast she then asked me "do you want syrup" yes please and butter. After waiting and my food getting cold, she brought out frozen butter, and cold syrup. By then my food was ice cold. I sent back the food. The waitress said "I talked to the owner and he said he will only take off 10%" so I paid for food that went back and not even an offer to make it right.

Friendly staff, good food, and it's nice to have a diner in downtown Payette. My Reuben panini was delicious and I liked the shoestring homemade fries.

Kid-friendliness: The waitress was very patient with my 4 rowdy kids.
