Burger King is usually good. Got my breakfast this morning and the sandwich is cold and tastes like it’s been sitting out for a day, the tots were old too. And to top it off, my soda was all carbonation. No flavor. Damn BK, what happened?

Service was excellent. Employees were courteous and helpful. Food took a little longer then usual to get and was slightly undercooked. Nothing was hot like I was expecting since I had to wait for it.

This is one of the best Burger King locations I've ever visited! We hit them on Halloween, and we must have been one of about 50 other people that thought of doing the same. Despite that, we made it through the drive through in under 30 minutes AND they didn't miss a SINGLE THING we ordered (we had 7 kids in the car all with trios to give you an idea of the chaos we brought to the table). I'd give their service 10 stars if I could. Also, I didn't catch the girl's name that was dressed as a doe, but she was SO patient and sweet with us despite the immense pile-up of guests!

I don’t come often but at least the last month or two, my food has been given to me cold multiple times. Even the cheese isn’t melted on the burgers. I’ve never had issues until lately :((
