decided to take my family to dutch on easter. we got our drinks and mine wasnt even filled up. if i wanted a small, i would have ordered a small. they did not even ask or give us straws. luckily we had extra. the customer service was lazy. usually the service is good, but today i was disappointed.

Showed up on my birthday. Not having a good birthday. Just to be told that I couldn't have the one ray of sunshine in my life. Which was my 3 Dutch rose that day. because I did not have the app on the phone. so I will no longer spend money at your establishment. .Kid-friendliness: Pretty sure my kids can't get a Dutch Bros. Without the app eithere, you guys suck

This is probably the 4th time I've been to Dutch. I asked for a sticker, they said they were out but their regular customer over heard me asking and she gave me 4 stickers! I enjoy every experience with Dutch Bros. The employees are so sweet and thoughtful. I appreciate their fast service and respectful attitudes. Always a good time a Dutch BrosI tried the Pumpkin Carmel Brûlée, it was very much on the sweet side and thick. Maybe adding an extra shot would help the sweetness but over all a great drink. She even made it for me at the perfect temperature so I didn't have to wait to drink it.

Waited in line with lots of other people. Granted they were busy but about half a team of girls softball players came up at the back of the line. Their orders were taken and given their drinks by yelling over our heads before they even acknowledged we existed. I've been to lots of Dutch Brothers. Some busier than this one. I had no problem waiting. But to be treated like this I will not come back.
