Ordered a meatzza with chicken bacon extra cheese white sauce onions and garlic that's all that came on it nothing else!!!! I'm beyond upset people really these were extra topping on a meatzza!!!!! The lava cakes were bomb by the way.......but really what the heck is going on plus box was smashed

I ordered carry out and got home to find they had completely messed up my order. I got a dinner box with meat lovers pizza - they put white sauce instead of marinara and I asked for bell peppers to be added. I called and the person that answered asked for my phone number and I gave it to them and they hung up. I called back and same thing asked for phone number and I gave it to them and then listened to this woman breathe for like a minute before I said hello and she was like I’m still here, delivery or carry out and then I explained my situation and she had an attitude and the only resolution they had was for me to bring it in and be remade. I am not about to waste gas going back when they messed up my order. Also they did not apologize for the mess up. They were all around just rude. Never want to deal with them again. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I ordered a pepperoni lovers pizza and this is what I got. I feel like they were mad at me lol but I made the order online paid online even used the drive thru for pickup. I don’t know why they were so mad but this is a sad representation of a pepperoni lovers pizza

This Pizza Hut sucks. Bryce a manger at Pizza Hut is getting way to ahead of himself. He thinks just cause he’s manager he can refuse service for “attitude” he claims but then proceed to tell us we can come in and order but there not delivering, y’all get paid hourly because people like me order. We’re regulars at this Pizza Hut too and never had any problems. He thinks just because he’s manager he can do whatever he wants. Sucks to see Pizza Hut hire people like this and make them manager. Very unprofessional. Never going to order there again. He should be fired for the way he was talking to us and handled the situation. Service 0-10?

I was skeptical about my “free” order but it was ready on time, fresh, hot and tasted better than we thought it would. Our server was friendly, personable and very courteous. GREAT SERVICE!!! We will do the HONEY WINGS again.
