The food is good, though the pasta is more oil than dairy. I would like to know what oil is being used to make the alfredo. It never used to be that way, it was always dairy. Y'all need to lower the fees so we can give a bigger tip to the driver. The driver is what makes the difference in delivery. Don't think I will order the pasta again because of the oil. And not sure I will order for delivery again due to the high fees.

Had a friend pick up my pizzas and got it home and they were all still raw. Called because of that and because they forgot a pizza. When we returned I stood there for 7 minutes without anyone saying a word to me. Then the manager got mad at me and had attitude because they were raw. Then the manager took the frist pizzas and told the employees to eat it.Not impressed at all.

There wasn't much sauce on my pizza and I ordered extra cheese; I don't think I received it. The pizza was ok, I expected more. I should have gotten a frozen Red Baron.
I waited so long to be greeted after the front desk I had time to download the app and order my food online before they realized I was sitting in their lobby. Decor was super festive and cute. Customer service not so much.

Ordered a meatzza with chicken bacon extra cheese white sauce onions and garlic that's all that came on it nothing else!!!! I'm beyond upset people really these were extra topping on a meatzza!!!!! The lava cakes were bomb by the way.......but really what the heck is going on plus box was smashed

I ordered carry out and got home to find they had completely messed up my order. I got a dinner box with meat lovers pizza - they put white sauce instead of marinara and I asked for bell peppers to be added. I called and the person that answered asked for my phone number and I gave it to them and they hung up. I called back and same thing asked for phone number and I gave it to them and then listened to this woman breathe for like a minute before I said hello and she was like I’m still here, delivery or carry out and then I explained my situation and she had an attitude and the only resolution they had was for me to bring it in and be remade. I am not about to waste gas going back when they messed up my order. Also they did not apologize for the mess up. They were all around just rude. Never want to deal with them again. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
