Ordered 4 sandwiches online through the app and they weren't made correctly ordered one toasted and it wasn't, the footlongs were not cut the 6 inch turkey that I added smashed avocado on had none. The wrap wasn't even wrapped all the way and open on both ends looked more like a flat bread then a tortilla. Your employees really need to double check an order before finishing it and saying it's good to go when it's not.

Upon walking in I was immediately greeted by a wave of dry heat (not the employees). Jason, who had been at the register, comes to make my sandwich. I noticed he hadn't washed his hands, which I voiced outloud to him. Instead of taking the contaminated gloves off and washing his hands, he argued with me while still slipping them on. The last we spoke about it was him saying "I keep my hands clean all the time." I told him that he was just handling money and that it doesn't work like that. Very, very poor service.

Worst Experience Ever! Dixie was extremely rude and bland for a “manager” you’d think she’d have experience. Not only that but they allow employees to bring their KIDS IN THE ESTABLISHMENT!! Who brings their children into their work environment.
