I like subways very much but today the young lady who prepared my sandwich didn't do a good job. She put the cheese on the bottom even after she was instructed to put it on the top so it would melt when it is toasted. Then the young man gave me one cookie after I ordered two. I guess they are not listening very well today. I have a receipt and he charged me for to 2 cookies but gave me only one. Plus the phone is not working so you can't call to let them know about your order.

Usually subway is good and fresh. However, today the sandwich we ordered had very stale bread. Had to throw out the bread snd just eat the meat cheese etc. I won’t be stopping at this store again.

As a decades-long Subway customer, I know how the sandwich should be put together most effectively--
ways that affect taste, handling, and neatness. When a sandwich maker slaps the meat and cheese in willy nilly (off-center, with no concern for spillage), we're off to a bad start. This was my experience today at the Payette location. As it was, some of the cheese melted outside the sandwich and stuck to the paper. I shouldn't have to ask for the sandwich to not be further adulterated by plopping the veggies in with no care as well, but I did. This made for a sloppy mess eaten on the go.

Additionally, before I got out the door, I found the beverage station dirty and not stocked. (Iced tea dispenser was dirty/needed a good wipe-down, and there was ONE straw left in the lid and straw caddy after I took one for myself.)

I then used the women's restroom, where I found myself stranded with no toilet paper. (Not fun!)

I wanted to alert the guys on duty when I left, but no one was up front, and I was in a hurry.

I frequent this location on my way up and down the US-95 corridor between Fruitland and McCall, and today's experience was not unusual for me.

I went back to this location and had a much better experience! This younger male took the time to make fresh tuna, make sure I got good veggies and everything was clean! He was very nice and I appreciate him taking the extra time!

This location has gone down hill. All employees act as if they’re forced to be there and it’s a total inconvenience when you want to be a paying customer!! They are slow and have no reference of customer service…

The entire store is absolutely filthy. Garbage and food in the dining area, work surfaces were covered in food. Drink station was sticky from spilled soda.

I hate this subway so much! They always screw up my food.

I found it was very odd for them to actually measure the bread. The young lady cut 1/2 an inch off the bread. Her response was she had to do it. She did say she was sorry but she had to do it. Maybe they should measure and cut before they use the bread. It's just a thought.

Unprofessional workers. Huffed and puffed when people came in and during talking. Didn’t communicate out of rotisserie chicken. Did not have the inventory to make our sandwiched but wanted to charge us the price of the food we ordered that they didn’t have? Tables and floor were dirty. Out of sweet tea. Then while eating my daughter found a long black hair in her food.

This was a horrible place to eat. The woman at the counter was horrible, just super sassy and terrible. Her name was Trinity. Terrible service and terrible food. I will never go back there not in a million lifetimes. Ughhhh it was miserable, I can’t believe people would charge that much for such horrible food then expect me to tip after that. The audacity of some people just blows my mind.
