I typically like Zips. Our local Zips is always awesome !
Plummer. Not so much. Ordered a Fish Sandwich with Cheese. Pretty basic. Right? No seasoning. Barely mayo. No cheese at all. Tiny piece of wilted lettuce. Disgusting. The dog ate half and left the rest. That says a lot. Especially, my dog.
They only had 1 job.
Take a pass on this Zips.

Everything about this place is disgusting.
Been by 3 times (slow learner) and each time my order was done incorrectly. Don’t add cheese. You won’t get it anyway. No seasoning on anything. Must have been out of salt and pepper. Dirty inside.

Went inside to order. Female worker was taking my order male worker came from the back window area yelling profanity at the female. I spoke up and told him customers didn't need to hear that kind of language place was filthy and smelled horrible. I had ordered a fish sandwich and when I unwrapped it the fish was so black I thought it was a burned hamburger pattie. Never again.

I'D THINK TWICE BEFORE GOING TO THE PLUMMER LOCATION! I was hoping an email stating my concerns would work,but nobody got back to me.. So, I assume nothing was done about it. Back in June, I stopped in for a QUICK bite at the drive thru.. waited over HALF AN HOUR IN THE DRIVE THRU. I got to the window and realized they were severely understaffed,okay, no biggie. Been there, done that. I understand. HOWEVER, the young man comes to the window, apologizes that they accidentally gave my order to another customer. (I thought he was telling me they had to remake it) no,no... He walks out the back door,grabs it from the car behind me,comes back in,and hands it to me?!? I just stared at him... Then, so I didn't hold up the line even longer,I pulled forward and went inside. Where the same young man greets me with "do you have a messed up order too?" Umm, not exactly, you just gave me my order that has been in someone else's possession. "Umm.... okay...?" Umm... okay... That's very unsanitary to say the least. Can you please remake it? He had no problem with it,but the little gal cooking that day... You would've thought I asked her for her first unborn child! Pretty sure she "remade" the same food... So, that experience ruined me on all Zip's restaurant's.

Drive thru service is horrible. They didn't listen to my order. Food tastes like luke warm dung! Service is slow and cost is high. If they don't want to run a business, they should close!

wow... this was a terrible idea to stop at this Zips. The girl at the window, Miley Valasques, I'm not sure of the spelling, was really rude. I waited for 24 minutes. I was the 3rd car in line. The chage was 13.23. I gave her 23.23. She gave me a five, 4 ones, 3 quarters 2 dimes and 5 pennies. I tried to make it east for her, but that was fine. I made a comment, do you have a 10? Miley said no. I told her that she was being snotty. She said that it was a long day, even snottier. I told her that she would never work for me with an attitude like that. She said she wouldn't want to work for me a anyway. It's too bad that the young people now days can't deal with respect. I am a high school coach and am around this age every wrestling season for 40 years. I am also a business owner, and this girl would definitely not be a good hire. It's all about Miley tonight. She needs more guidance and supervision and should not be working with the public. Sorry Zips, I'm afraid I will never eat another item that comes from your restaurant.
I was able to speak with Austin. He's a nice kid and he did pretty good. I have a store I'm Post Fall and another in Okotoks Alberta. Miley would have been terminated immediately but Austin would be given a raise.
The featured milkshake this month was huckleberry, so we had to stop and get one! The food looked delicious as it passed us by, and the huckleberry milkshake was so good!! Sorry, I was so excited that I drank it all before I thought of snapping a picture.

I am thankful for Zips being the only fast-food place between Coeur D' Alene and Moscow. The food was average, and Zips food is amazingly consistent from one Zips to another. Which is amazing, even McDonald's food is not the same from store to store. The staff is above helpful, I ordered two kids meals and one of my kids spilled their drink waiting for pur food, and when I asked for another drink and offered to pay for it the guy at the drive thru said, don't worry about it, we have you covered and did not charge me for the replacement drink. This small gesture is very much appreciated and we will always remember and I will make sure to tell people how great their customer service is.
Kid-friendliness: Kids meal is a little expensive, about $9 for a corn dog, small fries, and a small drink. But the customer service is above and beyond.
