Took them 10 minutes to make a cup of ice cream. Saw them multiple times just standing around. The two boys up front were just doing whatever. The cook probably made a good 6 burgers in the time it took them to make a single ice cream. Did they have a ticket system? Because it seemed like they were just making food out of order. Instead of prioritising, they just did whatever they wanted to do in whatever order they remembered to do it in. I had to remind them I was waiting for ONE ice cream when they served the family that ordered 3 after us, and had the same ice cream in their order. As someone who has worked in fast food for 6 years, and someone who knows when things are actually busy and when things are just not happening, I was very dissatisfied.

Went through the drive through ordered 4 double bacon cheeseburger with 3 tubs of fries and 2 papa joes came to 71.00 !! We get our food after waiting 10 minutes in drive through 2 tubs of fries we’re not very warm anyways that didn’t bug me much it was the hair I found in my fries 🍟 1/2 down the tub we all stopped eating our food it grossed us all out I took a picture of the hair on my fries I go inside because we were eating in the parking lot there I go inside and show the one lady the fries and pictures of the hair I asked her I just want my money back I am grossed out instead of refunding me my money she walk back where they are cooking and shows them the pictures they all turned and started giving me nasty looks like how dare I be wrong non of them were wear hair nets couple of them didn’t even have there hair pulled back !!! I was getting the worst looks from a heavy set girl I just want my money so I can leave the guy who was trying to refund me my money took forever because the other lady never came back !!! I will never be eating here ever again

I typically like Zips. Our local Zips is always awesome !

Plummer. Not so much.
Ordered a Fish Sandwich with Cheese. Pretty basic. Right? No seasoning. Barely mayo. No cheese at all. Tiny piece of wilted lettuce.
Disgusting. The dog ate half and left the rest. That says a lot. Especially, my dog.

They only had 1 job.

Take a pass on this Zips.

Everything about this place is disgusting.

Been by 3 times (slow learner) and each time my order was done incorrectly. Don’t add cheese. You won’t get it anyway. No seasoning on anything. Must have been out of salt and pepper. Dirty inside.

Went inside to order. Female worker was taking my order male worker came from the back window area yelling profanity at the female. I spoke up and told him customers didn't need to hear that kind of language place was filthy and smelled horrible. I had ordered a fish sandwich and when I unwrapped it the fish was so black I thought it was a burned hamburger pattie. Never again.

I'D THINK TWICE BEFORE GOING TO THE PLUMMER LOCATION!
I was hoping an email stating my concerns would work,but nobody got back to me.. So, I assume nothing was done about it. Back in June, I stopped in for a QUICK bite at the drive thru.. waited over HALF AN HOUR IN THE DRIVE THRU. I got to the window and realized they were severely understaffed,okay, no biggie. Been there, done that. I understand. HOWEVER, the young man comes to the window, apologizes that they accidentally gave my order to another customer. (I thought he was telling me they had to remake it) no,no... He walks out the back door,grabs it from the car behind me,comes back in,and hands it to me?!? I just stared at him... Then, so I didn't hold up the line even longer,I pulled forward and went inside. Where the same young man greets me with "do you have a messed up order too?" Umm, not exactly, you just gave me my order that has been in someone else's possession. "Umm.... okay...?" Umm... okay... That's very unsanitary to say the least. Can you please remake it? He had no problem with it,but the little gal cooking that day... You would've thought I asked her for her first unborn child! Pretty sure she "remade" the same food... So, that experience ruined me on all Zip's restaurant's.

Drive thru service is horrible. They didn't listen to my order. Food tastes like luke warm dung! Service is slow and cost is high. If they don't want to run a business, they should close!
