This is a nice clean restaurant with a closed off childrens play area. I have visited here many times over the years and have always found the food good and well prepared, but the service can be a little slow. They seem to be doing a fair amount of app orders, so this would be your best option to have the food ready when you arrive. If you don't pre-order it could take 10 to 15 minutes to get your order if they are busy.

Equipment problems. We ordered off the app, the ditzy girl on the intercom started her speal then as an afterthought said "Oh! By the way we don't have any burgers". It's on you to cancel the order through the app to get a refund

Their ice-e machine is always breaking down which is a huge disappointment. Especially when you order online expecting to get an ice-e. In my opinion it should not be available to buy online if it is not available in the store. I was offered my choice of a cake to replace my ice-e or a refund. I wouldn't have even ordered anything from here if I would have known their machine was not working. That was the whole reason I even wanted to get anything from here because their cloud cotton candy ice-e is so wonderful. I love it. But it doesn't even matter because you can't get it if their machine is broken down.
