This was the BEST example I've ever had in a restaurant. I'm not joking! The food and employees were amazing and it was so clean and a fun atmosphere. Garret (one of the managers) should definitely get a raise! He was so good and got my burger out in like 2 minutes. I would go back everyday if I was rich!

While waiting for a delayed grocery order, we decided to pop in for slurpies in the play area to kill some time. It happened to be my daughter’s birthday and when one employee heard, she ran to bring her a huge vanilla ice cream cone with nerds sprinkles and sang her Happy Birthday. She ran back and forth to bring each kid their free cone (6 kids) and made our experience so special. Her name is Joy and that’s exactly what she brought to our day. All the employees were friendly, patient and went above and beyond for the customers while we were there. Thank you Joy and the Ponderay location! You guys are a fabulous crew 🧡❤️

I was impressed with the girl working tonight, she is one of the best employees I’ve ever seen at this location. She was very nice and went above and beyond to help her co workers and make it a pleasant experience for me. She took my order and made my food!
