This is a nice clean restaurant with a closed off childrens play area. I have visited here many times over the years and have always found the food good and well prepared, but the service can be a little slow. They seem to be doing a fair amount of app orders, so this would be your best option to have the food ready when you arrive. If you don't pre-order it could take 10 to 15 minutes to get your order if they are busy.
Their ice-e machine is always breaking down which is a huge disappointment. Especially when you order online expecting to get an ice-e. In my opinion it should not be available to buy online if it is not available in the store. I was offered my choice of a cake to replace my ice-e or a refund. I wouldn't have even ordered anything from here if I would have known their machine was not working. That was the whole reason I even wanted to get anything from here because their...
