I CANNOT believe this food truck is still open--it's absolutely unacceptable, INEXCUSABLE... ENTIRELY UNETHICAL........how much money I spend here!!! Their tacos are UNREASONABLY delicious--they should be OUTLAWED... it's a CRIME! I work in Ponderay, and as soon as I sit down in my lonely office chair at 8am, I feel the cravings begin, and I begin counting down the minutes until they open... I CANNOT HELP but order their tacos multiple times a week. There must be some kind of addictive property to these--it must be the OUTRAGEOUSLY flavorful spicy salsa?!! Someone needs to do something about this!!! Where is the policia?!
STAY FAR, FAR AWAY...I have already been forced to take out loans to feed my taco habit. I have lost everything that matters to me--my children, my partner, my home... All of it to the tacos.
If you value your financial stability, care about your family, (or your waistline,) STAY AWAY. These tacos will haunt you--call for you--seduce you. I am but a hollow shell of the person I once was...and all I can do now is fill the emptiness with tacos.

I've had to start telling them I’m “going to a meeting,” which isn't technically a lie... I meet the Taco Temptress in the food court parking lot. I am forced to devour her sins alone in my car... tears (and lime juice) stream down my face. I am at the end of myself.

Alex and her family have really leveled up with their amazing authentic Mexican food. I easily eat the carne asada fries dish (but I order it without fries) almost on a weekly basis. Food is amazing and their service is spot on. Thank you for bringing such amazing authentic Mexican food to the area. We love loco's!!!

I hired Loco's Kitchen for a backyard graduation party and could not have been more impressed! From start to finish, the communication was excellent. Alex was very helpful in steering me in the right direction, but most of all, she was quick to respond, which I found to be a challenging quality early in my shopping around. They listened carefully to what we wanted and delivered above and beyond expectations. They had wonderful recommendations and helped manage what I didn't know (which as a lot). And they came for a site visit well before the event to make sure the truck would be in the perfect location.
The food was absolutely wonderful—fresh and flavorful, and and served with huge smiles. Everyone raved about it! Loco's truly elevated the entire event and made it feel extra special. Things like a custom menu with my graduate's name on it were an added surprise. Oh, and Alex made sure I actually got to eat at this thing, which was also really touching.
THANK YOU for making such an important celebration so seamless and memorable. Highly recommend!

My inner foodie rejoices at Loco's Kitchen's focused menu of street food favorites cooked with artistic and professional flair. The birria tacos are nothing short of outstanding both in their flavor, presentation, and attention to detail (fried, multi-layered, soft tortillas; extra birria broth for dipping served on the side). The vegetarian enchiladas - for you silly, meat deprived vegetarians out there - are delicious and cooked with precision (e.g. not drowned in extra cheese and beans as a cost saving measure). Do your taste buds a flavor [sic] and visit Loco for elevated street food!
