went early in the morning. the restaurant was clean, employees were polite, food came out relatively quickly & was decent, on par for a McDonald's.

I ordered lunch through the app with a drive through code. Once I arrived they had me pull forward and it took 25 minutes for my food to come out. It was a busy lunch rush hence why I ordered through the app ahead of time. I had to walk in and ask about my order of which they didn't even have it started yet. Receipt received at first window at 12:23, received food at 12:47. Very unhappy and won't expect to go back to this location.

Haven't been to McDonald's in years. Stopped by for an egg McMuffin and I can't believe how bad they are now. Quick search shows they moved away from the rings they use to use and automated the egg process.
Instead of a fluffy round egg, you get a thin rubbery thing. I'll never understand why large companies make changes to iconic items that make the product worse.
You lose customers to save a few bucks. On top of that two of them were just shy of $10, which is a total rip off for the quality.
Service was good, but nothing they can do about corporate changes that make the food worse. Now I know and I'll never be back.

Biggest slap in the face waitong at the window for 10 minutes then being told to go to the door where theres a truck already waiting then go to parking spot one. Way to suck

Actually dined in at this location. I was driving through. Stopped for a quick bite to eat. Delicious Burger, even better than normal, I had the Big Mac.

Twice I used the mobile app, twice the order was wrong, twice I complained using ph # on receipt, twice there was no reply.
Ordered 2 sausage burritos but a cold plain bun with sausage patty was what came. Next order was same sausage burritos this time, no sausage. I even asked the window clerk to check the order and it was still wrong

Probably the worst McDonald's I've ever been to, horrible service and at times the food just gets thrown away because it's so poorly made. Sandpoint needs a better McDonald's.

This mcdonalds was very good bang for the buck. Much cheaper than my local mcdonalds. Could use some cleaning, but good place to eat

Waited 20 minutes after being greeted at the ordering speaker in drive. Seeing three customers get their order taken that showed up after me and a truck stuck behind me It’s not very busy right then. Ended up pulling forward giving benefit of the doubt to the workers maybe their machine was faulty. Came to find out they’re just blatantly ignoring their second drive thru completely. Then we had to wait an additional 30 minutes for our food, which was only partially correct. Two happy meals, two burgers. I work in fast food, I get that it can be overwhelming but very sad to see how down hill this store has gone over the years.
