Had my son go in last night to order 2 large pizza spent $50 the worse thinnest greasest pizza ever. We will never go back pizza was nasty n gross a waste of $50

Even though the heat was out and ended up taking everything home, the service was great. The food was good as always.

General manager not a nice person many of my friends and family have stopped going to Pizza Hut new laws from him each time.

Would never go to Ponderay Pizza Hut again.We got the order to go by ordering online.Charged $2 for each blue cheese and ranch dip. Wings were not hot and sauce was just poured over the wings in the To go containers so the wings were not individually dippedWaited 15 min past the suppose to be done time. Did not give us bags to put the wing bowls in.

Ordered a pizza around 9:20 order was cancelled without us knowing and there was no attempt to let us know that it was cancelled. No food and no explanation = no future business with us. Good luck Pizza Hut.

Had pizza delivered by Andrew S. He was so fantastic! So friendly and the food was delivered quickly and the way I ordered it.

Absolutely terrible. Food was in pools of grease and the pizza was very soggy. Huge disappointment

waighted over two hours for cold pizzas then then i called the person over the phone told me im wrong and there not cold come on

My family and I went to dine in on 8/18/23, so this review is a bit late. As our first time to this pizza hut @ the Ponderay, we didn't know the exact operations- but mustering up some brainpower, we managed to gain understanding of what to do fairly fast....We ordered pizza and fries, later got drinks, the food was truly ★winner-winner★- but the experience that Shawn (sean? Shaun?) and the staff that night gave us was just as much a knock out the park!!!! My family will 100% be dining in again, and I hope others do too!! ?

Unbelievably bad. This used to be a go-to Saturday night treat, but I cannot recommend it any more. I placed the order online at 7:26pm. (Could not have onions on our order because this store was out of them according to the website.) Finally got our pizza at 8:48pm. Manager kept yelling at people, then went in back and just talked on the phone rather than help get anything done. One pizza was done at 8:20...soggy crust by the time we got it home. Waited almost a half hour to get the second pizza and breadsticks. The gal at the counter tried, but she just didn't have the mental ability to figure it out.

Went in for lunch today and was completely ignored. We were the only customers in the restaurant besides a customer picking up an online order. We waited 15 minutes and were never acknowledged. It's a small community and hopefully word gets around and things change or it closes. The manager of this Pizza Hut should be ashamed.

I love Pizza Hut. Ponderay branch, not so much. Service has declined, food quality has declined... They're trying, but they never seem to have enough help. If you’re interested in a job, they'd probably hire you.
