Hands down the best jalapeno/cheddar sausage I've ever had! I had to try all 3 different meat options on the fully loaded tacos as well & they were delish! I also ordered the ribs & brisket & I'm 💯 impressed! Tender & juicy w/ a proper smoke ring. Smoked over oak. Best Mac & cheese I've ever had too! I took home a to-go box & had a 2nd meal the following evening. Great friendly staff, clean tidy place to watch the games & owners took the time to chat w/ us to see how we liked everything. I can't wait to go back in the summer! They're gonna get busy & run out, so check their hrs & get your feet in the doors early. They're doing BBQ & service the right way! We eat a lot of BBQ. This was delicious! We got the platter for 2 - brisket, pulled pork and sausage. The spicy sausage was exceptional! I’d eat that again tomorrow. We added 2 pork ribs that were tender and delicious. I highly recommend the Mexi-Q-corn. I’ve had elote before but off the cob it’s kind of next level (better cheese and sauce ratio?). Sorry, no pictures- we ate it too fast

We are from Mobile, AL and were driving through Idaho to GNP and smelled the pit smoke. Ya’ll the meats were so good. And thats a great compliment from someone from the deep south. Also, sweet tea to top it off. Stop in and hive it a try. 😊

Pork ribs were amazing, brisket Mac and cheese was great, and the Smokesmith sundae was delicious. Absolutely great and friendly staff. Parking is a little rough, but it's worth it.

Fantastic bbq! Loved the pulled pork. The cornbread is heavenly, be sure to ask for honey on it.
If you're like me, and think pepperoni is spicy, the beans do have chili peppers, but people with adult tastebuds will love them!
Super clean dining area, bathrooms, and the staff were friendly and extra helpful too!
