I usually don’t leave reviews but I went to order something with a lavender foam. They’re done with lavender for the season, but the super sweet barista took it upon herself to make me a little sample of the raspberry foam even though I changed my order entirely. Very hospitable. Appreciate you.

Normally I avoid Starbucks because I like to support the local places, but after getting a terribly watered down and overpriced cup of coffee from a nearby coffee stand earlier, I was looking for a close place where I know the quality is consistent, so I went to Starbucks, and I'm so glad I did because this is the nicest staff ever just about at any store. Really made my morning being surrounded by such kind people.

Very nice staff! My wife needed to setup here a few times during our vacation to access the WiFi; the staff was always super courteous to her, which made an an otherwise pain-in-the-butt situation just a bit nicer.

Not that leaving a review for a major corporation really is going to do much good but Starbucks as a company really has gone downhill. Since when can you not sit in a Starbucks and read a book or get some work done. Welp now you can’t unless you have money for their overpriced mediocre food and drinks. I live out of town and have to get rides into town on someone else’s schedule and so it not necessarily easy for me to go home and waste time before I have to go to work and starbucks was the only place in ponderay a person could do so. I guess Starbucks only welcomes you if you’re rich and won’t stay in their dining area for long. Not everyone can afford to buy something every day or has a car of their own. They market themselves to have anti-discrimination policies but their policies are tailored to keep the lower class out of their business. I had an important webinar that I needed to watch this morning and brought my headphones and everything so it wouldn’t disturb anyone but instead I am going to have to walk around town trying to find somewhere more welcoming and will probably miss it. Every time I have stepped foot in this Starbucks I have been made to feel like I am not welcome and that I am a nuisance so I will not be back

I live over an hr from this location and my coffee is a treat I get after my daughter’s swim lessons and grocery pickup each Friday. Not only did my grocery order get canceled but I was mistaken about the time of the lesson and missed it. When I arrived my drink had missed a step. I was going to ask for a cup of ice but the barista very kindly said she’d just remake it. Both baristas were so nice to visit with for minute when honestly I felt so down. Such privileged things to be sad over I know but these employees went above and beyond. I walked out with a perfect drink and no longer feeling like a crummy mum. Really appreciated them. 5-16-25

Ok so we don’t drink coffee, but I come here all the time because it’s super close to home and they have super yummy tea, refreshers, cocoa and quick food for when I’m in a pinch and refuse to buy fast food. The baristas are always the sweetest, nicest people in town. I’ve always been grateful for their friendliness and how they dote on my kids (my 4 yr old loves to order hot cocoa himself and they are always so sweet to him)! Thanks you guys!!

Well what can I say it's Starbucks that about says it all but the people here care they memorize your order they know your name when you walk in Good bunch of people working here All is smiling and happy and upbeat even on that Monday that everybody dreads coffee's great it's in a real good location so you can hit it to three times a day and don't forget the pup cups All three of mine it's the only drive-thru window they don't park at Great place for a cup of coffee or just to sit and take in some of North Idaho's finest scenery

Great drinks Starbucks is known for. They have changed their cheese Danish, though, and not as good as before. It is no longer light and flakey so a bit disappointed. Free wifi and seating is a bonus however.

I always enjoy a spinach feta wrap and Iced Venti green tea here! The coffee is definitely burned, so I don't drink it anymore here. I do appreciate the customer service and quick drive thru.
