Well what can I say it's Starbucks that about says it all but the people here care they memorize your order they know your name when you walk in Good bunch of people working here All is smiling and happy and upbeat even on that Monday that everybody dreads coffee's great it's in a real good location so you can hit it to three times a day and don't forget the pup cups All three of mine it's the only drive-thru window they don't park at Great place for a cup of coffee or just to sit and take in some of North Idaho's finest scenery

Great drinks Starbucks is known for. They have changed their cheese Danish, though, and not as good as before. It is no longer light and flakey so a bit disappointed. Free wifi and seating is a bonus however.

I always enjoy a spinach feta wrap and Iced Venti green tea here! The coffee is definitely burned, so I don't drink it anymore here. I do appreciate the customer service and quick drive thru.

Hands down the best Starbucks I have ever been to! The staff was friendly, helpful, and truly were enjoying their job. Every single one of them. Shout out to Logan specifically since he helped us. He was so nice and when he wasn’t busy he was cleaning the tables off and the windows. He took care of the Starbucks like it was his own home, with integrity! Will be one of my hangout places now ?☕️

Normally Starbucks in Ponderay is pretty good, people are great. This morning, they made my drink the wrong size, I ordered a large and got a small. Things happen. When I said I ordered a large, they took the small cup back, poured it into a large cup and then just added more foam on top, around 2 inches of foam is what i got and the cup still wasn't full. I understand they was busy, but it wasn't my mistake and I was fine waiting. Maybe people was having a bad day. Just disappointing and makes me not want to buy things from them, specially when drinks are expensive.

Regarding the coffee: it’s Starbucks. Regarding the staff: well in the early afternoons they’re pretty darn good and you can tell they like working together and it makes for a really pleasant atmosphere. The friendly chatter and banter is just nice to see these days. The WiFi is pretty darn good too—I had to send some big batches of files (photographer life) and it was decent enough while I enjoyed frappe’s in the afternoon.
