My husband tried to order a steak and cheese wrap. The clerk became hostile when my husband corrected him as he was making and egg and cheese wrap which I am allergic to. Then proceeded to make my wrap on the wrong kind of wrap and barely put any filling in the wrap. So disappointed because I love this store

I hate to do this to any Subway but the assistant manager was the worst customer service I've seen in a long time. He wasn't excited to see anyone he didn't want anyone there and he looked like he was getting ready to go fishing.
I used to frequent this spot but I won't be back he also made sure that the other employee pulled a tip out of their shared tip bin because it was only for him. That stuff shouldn't happen in front of customers.

I’m giving one star because of the incompetence of an employee! I bought two of the $25 gift cards, with each one comes a coupon for a 6” sub. I just went to a Subway in Twin Falls to redeem and they are not activated from the original store! Not a huge deal but can’t anyone do their friggin job?

Subway has great food and generally the staff is really kind. Today when I went and ordered my sandwich, as the extremely kind trainee was making my sandwich I moved up to have the female cashier check me out. The POS machine for my credit card came up and wanted to know tip. I hit no tip. After I finished I heard the girl go and tell the guy making my sandwich that I didn’t tip so do what he wanted on my sandwich. Unbelievable. The demands for tips on these POS machines has become standard and expected. To actually have the cashier make the statement she did is scary. What was she expecting the guy to do to my sandwich?

Placed an online order only to fond it was incorrect after driving 25 miles home. Called the store and was spoken to very rudely and was told if I bring the sandwich back they will remake it. I made the drive back to be told they already issued a refund and they would not remake sandwich. The refund is great however I have now done a 50 mile round trip for no reason. Rude staff and u professional in their customer interactions. Hopefully some form of management sees this and reaches out. This was ridiculous.
