Went there 30 minutes before they closed asked if the cook was closing the kitchen before I ordered guy said no I ordered food. The food came out soaking wet . Wasn't able to eat the food🤙if your already closing the kitchen dont say your not .

Every time I get and order there is something missing or an item is wrong, I ordered a grilled cheese burrito that I customized and got a cantina chicken burrito and there isn’t a single cantina item on my recipe I paid a lot for one burrito and got the complete opposite of what I asked for. When I called to make a complaint I was put on hold and people were laughing and goofing around in the back of the call this is rude, unprofessional and downright disrespectful. I highly recommend not going to this location.

Just DON’T!! Stopped in on our way through town this evening, and wow, what a letdown! It felt like the only priority was the drive-thru, with little care for in-store customers. I used the kiosk to place my order, only to watch multiple individuals who ordered AFTER me get their meals first. After 20 minutes of waiting, I asked for a refund. The response? “We’re busy, someone will work on it.” Really? Moments later, a young man finally tossed my order bag onto the counter without so much as a decent greeting. Surprise, surprise: my order was wrong and missing items. If you’re looking for efficient customer service, steer clear of this place.
