The wendy's that i go to the staff is always happy to serve. The will go out of their way if they messed up an order.

Atmosphere is because the customers were not All very friendly or understanding. There were only 3 employees working due to short staff. They had many cars in drive thru and also people inside. They were working their tails off and all they got from most customers was rudeness and attitude . Show some kindness people. They are doing the best they can if it's not fast enough for you. PLEASE DUE fill out an application and jump in.
Tommy taking my order was great and patient! I was flustered and he helped explain the menu! Didn’t catch the guy who handed me the food but he was also friendly and professional.

Staff seemed rushed and basically tossed our food at us. Quality of food was ok, but the fries were all over the bag and they put the burgers under the chili, squishing it a bit.

Just had to wait in line for at least half an hour. It wouldn’t be so bad if I hadn’t seen the employees talking to each other and ignoring their work and customers. The food also wasn’t good. The cheese wasn’t even melted and the bread was soggy. The fries were also soggy (didn’t know that was possible) and the food was cold. The bathrooms didn’t have any toilet paper or paper towels. I was reading reviews too and noticed that not a single one had been replied too. The complaints were all from various times and somehow the restaurant still failed to take them into consideration. Mistakes happen but so does fixing those mistakes.

I would give negative stars if I could. After waiting for cold food and being talked down to by a very rude manager who unfortunately didn't have a name tag I will never give this company another dime of my money. Horrible, horrible experience. I would recommend any food establishment other than Wendy's in Ponderay! Don't waste your money!
