I enjoy getting 2 corndogs from here. They do not carry coke products so I don't get any kind of soda from them. I would say that customer service is great, but they are very slow in getting the food out to you.

I've eaten at Zips for years, frequenting the locations in Richland, Ritzville, Cheney and even in Rathdrum. This is the first time I've gone inside the Ponderay Location on US 95. We went to the counter and ordered and I started looking around, specifically in the kitchen, and I stopped the order and we left. It was dirty. It was grimier than I would ever be comfortable with while eating in an establishment. The entire restaurant needs to be steam cleaned from top to bottom. There was garbage on the floor in the corners and thick grease and dirt on many surfaces. It was run down and just looked like it hadn't been deep cleaned in years. I love Zips, so this was a disappointment. I hope they take a day and deep clean the restaurant. The people in front of us left without ordering as well, which really says something. I don't post this to be mean, but in hopes they take some accountability and get this location back to where it needs to be so people can feel good eating there.

I stopped in and had some food on a road trip Wednesday! On my way back to Montana. I hadn't been in a decade. Nothing has changed! Same great food, same great service and the portions haven't shrank like everywhere else. Id eat here several times a week, if I could!

Boy oh boy when you find a little gem now, this is not your fancy burger restaurant. This is a nice simple burger, but it is flavorful. It is delicious and it doesn’t feel like a Wendy’s burger Burger King burger does the fries some of the crispy fries I’ve ever had, this little gem stays around

The food wasn't too bad. I had the bacon double cheeseburger and onion rings. I requested ranch with the onion rings, and their ranch was quite good. Also dipped my burger in that a few times and it slapped. It seemed fairly standard as far as fast food goes. Tasty, but nothing that really knocked my socks off. My one complaint would have to be their tartar sauce. I tried some thinking it was another container of ranch. Now, as someone who can't stand tartar sauce, I will say that this had a much different flavor than what comes to mind when you think of the stuff, and to be quite honest, the flavor was good. The problem with it was, my good actual GOD, did they load that stuff with salt! Tasted like whoever prepared it may have added too much of the seasoning if it's a DIY sauce they make or something, or they were manually adding salt to it and the lid popped off and they shrugged and said it'll be fine. Though it had a good, savory flavor, the salt content was so through the roof that I couldn't have more than 2 or 3 bites of an onion ring dipped in it before I just dropped it back in the bag. Overall, though, It's not a bad little restaurant. It was my first time eating there the other day, and I found it to be more enjoyable than McDonald's.

Yuck! First and last time going to Zips. It was $17 and change for one meal with a small drink. Fish and chips and it was gross. The service was slow but I didn’t mind because the fried it fresh. So the crunch was good and fries decent. But fish inside was mush and there was no seasoning at all. Zero flavor. Not the stores fault because they had just fried but the companies for using sub par food. The order taker was nice.
We don't get the food often but the kids and I regularly stop for their fantastic milk shakes

I wanted to try this place. I have never been to a Zips before. I was impressed with the fish and chips.. Well done, yall. The staff was attentive and friendly. The only complaint is that it was hot in the dining area. But it was a nice experience.

Service is always taken care of very quickly, and they are very polite and the food is really good here for how fast it is done.
The temperature in your store is absolutely unbearable. I cannot imagine how your employees feel, who are on their feet, moving around, and cooking over hot grills and fryers. This is unacceptable to do to your employees! The employees should be given a massive raise because not only were they working in unsafe conditions, but were kind, patient, had a great attitude, and delivered delicious quick food. You should be ashamed and need to get the air flow and temperature fixed in this location asap!

Workers are great and food was fine, but it is way too hot in there. Come on, get an air conditioner. I feel sorry for your workers working in that environment. Plus, it makes the place not smell good and fresh. You’re killing your business!
