Such a cute place and you get a lot for your money. We were able to split ours. Lots of meat. Will return for sure!! Also super nice staff.

The meat on the sandwiches we had today(Rachel and Reuben) was pretty skimpy as compared to when the original owners had the shop. Which is rather sad, but the sandwiches were still really good.

First time going to Big Bear, looked really good and the people were friendly. I bought a Reuben to go, which is my favorite benchmark sandwich for trying a new place. Drove home 20mins and I go to eat it, and its a chicken salad sandwich or something. Not what I ordered. I thought about driving 40mins round trip to go get my sandwich, but that seems a little much for a reuben.

I ate the chicken salad, not really my think but was decent. Seems like you guys have an issue (based on other comments) with giving the wrong to-go orders. I'll come back next time I am nearby, but I'll be checking my bag before I leave.

Friday's are the best day because they have shrimp poorboys as the special. The Crew always have a smile i think they enjoy working and having fun there.

Girls there are snotty, rude, and spend the majority of their time gossiping. Today we stopped in & there was an incident that needed addressing. The staff refuses to behave properly and professionally. We will not be returning to BBC, and have been trying to contact the owners since the staff refused to give us any contact info & repeatedly hung up on us when we called to request the contact info.

The au jus was flavorless and oily -- I threw it out and will just doctor the French dip at home. Very disappointing. The turkey sandwiches were fine, but just fine. Skip this place and go to Midtown Deli for fuller flavor and more generous meat portions.

The people working are so nice and they work so fast. Their #7 is my most favorite sandwich on this planet. Highly recommend!! There’s a reason why they have a crowd during lunch 😉

Yummy chicken wrap! Ginormous! I went in at lunch time which was kind of busy so I kind of expected to wait but it wasn't too bad.
