Pie is my favourite dessert and let me say this place was incredible! We got three different kinds - mixed berry, apple, and blue berry! And they were all delicious. The mixed berry tasted like fresh jam on the yummiest crust.
Best Pies on the planet. Sweet or Savory. Great Staff, all are Sweet as the Pies they create.

It's hard to enjoy purchased baked goods when everyone in your family is a good scratch home baker! The pie seemed old and dry. The service was fine. It's only a register service, but we did overhear the lady sound annoyed that a lot of people were showing up all the sudden. The atmosphere is cute. The signs are fun.

We had his and hers desserts at our wedding last weekend and the “his” desserts were Birdie’s pie bites in triple berry and blueberry. We think they were a hit but we’re not 100% sure because our guests ate all of them before my now-husband could try one of “his” desserts! 🤣
We are excited to stop by one day so we can finally see for ourselves what all the fuss is about
Tart, But Not Too Sweet – A Lovely Surprise from Birdie’s Pie Shop
I finally got around to trying my triple berry pie from Birdie’s—two days after purchasing it, straight from the fridge and into the microwave—and to my surprise, it was still so good. I expected it to be overly sweet like most American pies, but it turned out to be beautifully tart and balanced, with just enough sweetness to complement the berries. The filling was packed with berry flavor and had a nice hint of lemon that made it bright and refreshing.
The crust was also a win: buttery without being greasy, and held up well even after a couple of days. I personally would’ve loved it to be even more sour, but that’s just me—I have a rare love for extreme tartness, so I won’t dock a point for that. I actually think the flavor is very well-balanced for a general palate.
The only downside is the price increase—it used to be around $5, but now it’s closer to $7 for a small pie, which feels steep. Still, the quality is undeniable. I might just try baking pies myself at this point thanks to inflation, but if I’m craving a dependable, not-too-sweet dessert, I’d definitely consider coming back to Birdie’s.

I have to say slightly disappointed.. I have always been to the Hayden Birdies, where staff is super friendly and helpful.
This visit was a different feel. One staff member seemed very stressed, unfriendly, and unhelpful. She was very offsetting to want to continue our transaction. Thankfully, the other person on the floor was a breath of fresh air. Think I will stick to Hayden from now on.

Great help. Wonderful food.
The ladies working here are so sweet and kind, and the pies are absolutely delicious!
WOW this place was so good! From the options of savory and sweet, the personal sizes, and the clean aesthetic look of the shop we loved it all! Bonus was sitting on the back patio and the kids being able to play with the house and toys they had back there.
Delicious pies! I’ll be back!
First time we ever visited was yesterday for Pi(e) Day! Had to wait in a line going out the door, but it moved very quickly, so not a big deal to us. I have to say, above all, I was very pleasantly surprised by how many pie flavors they still had available since we came pretty late in the afternoon. We took advantage of their awesome mini pie deal, and also get a savory pie for dinner (chicken pot pie) which I think was our true favorite. The service was very nice, friendly, willing to answer all our questions, and they had our pies packaged up and ready to go in no time. Great place that we look forward to visiting again!
